If I'm not mistaken, KSP is all digital and you have to have a digital scanner to pick them up, unless they have switched over to our frequency to talk to dispatch, city, or SO.

I have the frequencies and when I enter them in, all I hear is electronic noise. Maybe I'm not doing it right. Someone send me name and model number of something that works.

You will need a Police scanner with APCO-25 capabilities to receive their signal first off, as ksp has went ALL digital , second off unless you are a ksp or affiliated with some emergency department , i would suggest against having ANY type of mobile unit in a motor vehicle , as 1) if you are caught with it , it WILL be confiscated , and 2) broadcasting on an emergency frequency is a federal crime per fcc regulations ..not being smart , just giving you a heads up

u can have a scanner in your vehicle if u r a licensed amateur radio operator, but u still can not be an ambulance chaser which is against the law.
