Any information available would be appreciated, but if anyone knows, I'd love to know this: What are her statistics concerning the removal of children from their homes? Was it with justification? How many has she taken away from parent and how many, if any, were or will be returned to their homes. THEIR homes, not their grandparents. Are her rulings truly based on the best interest of our children and families or does she feel that anyone before her must be incapable of raising children because she sits above them?
This is not a bash fest, I am geniunely seeking any information/past experiences/etc that could give some sort of insight as to what to expect from this judge and for the family at stake.

When I had to go in front of her, she was pretty fair with me. My mother got custody because I went to jail but the charge I went for happened before I had my child and I wasn't in any trouble with social services. Also, my mom wasn't really trying to fight me on it, either. She assigned a social worker who came out to my house for a home check and she also asked me a million questions. Because my charge was a drug charge, she was planning to make me do drug testing but I informed her that I was already in drug court and I got drug tested almost every day. So they decided not to double up on testing. My mom and I ended up getting joint custody of my child which is what we wanted in the first place because we did not want her around her father. So, it all worked out in the end. But I will tell you that I had gotten a dirty test in d.c. about 4 months before this and my social worker told me that she was pretty sure the judge would not give me my full custody back due to this. She does not play. The mother or family has to have jobs, have a home, and pass drug tests and sometimes she orders parenting classes, I guess depending on the situation. It can be really hard to get back custody once you lose it. Hope this was helpful to you.

She is a joke, but I am curious, why are you posting in russell springs now after putting the EXACT same post in Monticello forum? My opinion of her....... she doesnt really care. She gave my daughter to a stranger, a felon, and then took everything this woman said as the truth, violated statutes about placing children with convicted felons, and come to find out, because there was already a custody order in place from another state, she violated the UCCJA by making a new order over an already existent order. SO whatever Russell County. Keep doing whatever you want to to people because the only place it REALLY MATTERS is in your pathetic county. I Love My Daughter more than anything, and I am A GREAT MOM, with no skeletons in my closet. Never even got a parking ticket. Social Services even made a report to this judge saying they DO NOT RECOMMEND placement continue with this person who has my daughter, but yet she still has her. I have 3 other children who are AMAZING, straight A's in school, involved in ALL KINDS of activities.... boy scouts, martial arts, dance class and piano and drum lessons. But yet my oldest daughter is running around Russell Springs with an older boyfriend, smoking cigarettes and doing whatever a 14 year old wants. Wouldnt happen in my house. Thats why she didnt want to be here. Be careful in your family court system.

Im not defending anyone. Let me say that first. American Jurisprudence's main foundation, the key that makes every trial, hearing, case and appeal work, from Jen all the way to the US Supreme Court, is the same--the judge cannot care which side wins. But family court judges are entrusted with children's welfare on a daily basis and that is by design. If you all are dissatisfied with Her Honor, then vote her out. But what judge would don the hallowed robes to replace her? Someone more empathetic? Someone more hardcore? Someone conducting business as usual? The devil you know is always better than the one you don't, people.

She will do the best she can to be fair while protecting the children which is the ultimate goal. In doing that she has to deal with druggie parents, selfish grandparents, live-in boyfriends, abusive husbands and wives, and neglectful parents of every stripe many who put their children second or third behind drugs, a party life, sex, boyfriends or girlfriends. Not to mention mental illness. The judge has to rely on social workers, school officials, and law enforcement to make a fair decision. She will strive to be fair and do the best she can to restore a child to its parents. She does what is an impossible job and deserves our respect.

Personally had dealing with judge, She has been fair and done what any judge would have. I have custody of my two grandchildren while my daughter went to long term rehab. The father has came into the picture after getting out of Jail. Was Not thrilled that she gave him as much time as she has, but he is the father and all I want is what is best for the children. Not sure this is the best but the kids have adjusted well. They have lived most of their lives with me anyway so they was not uprooted from their home. Daughter is doing great! She is getting ready to graduate in a few days after 14 long months, very proud of her! The father still needs to do alittle better or at least pay some child support, not taking sides but my daughter has given my every penny she has to help and is working for the center. He needs to get a job! And no we do not recieve goverment assistance, this is all done out of love. Good-luck and I am sure if you are a good parent she will do what she can to help you also.

Corrector, I'm not on here to make friends and influence people. Rednecks are too set in their ways to waste much time on anyway. You're "correcting" me? Who are you? Who are you to me? Who do you think you are to me? Nobody but an anoymous blogger...just like me. I'll say it again--if you don't like my blogs, don't read them. Jeezz.

I don't have a problem with your posts. I just found it amusing that you were noting how "ignorant" people are here but yet you were ignorant in your spelling

in my experience with her, she has been great and fair. there was a post put on here claiming to be the victim as to why they lost their daughter.... not true. the woman had an epo taken out on her from her husband which had jus been charged with drug charges, then the child opened up an told the truth about the abuse in the home like the mother wanted, then wen the parents get back together, they turn on the child an try to beat her up threatened her an everything, so of course they arent going to place her back with them. the judge also has given the mother every opportunity to get her daughter back by going to parenting, anger managment supervised visitation, but the mother refused asn she doesnt even show up to court hearings to fight for her daughter whom she claims to love so much, and each time the child stands in the courtroom and sees as her mother never shows up. as for home placements saying NOT RECOMMENDED, well if the mother had cared to be in court, any time the child is placed in a nonrelatives home that is wat has to be put down. as for approval, it was very much approved. as for exsisting custody orders, that may be true, but anytime a child is placed in a threatning an abusive enviroment the child has to be removed and DUH, that order is no longer good if u are the perportraitor. as for a 14 yr old running around town smoking an with her boyfriend, has NEVER happened. she did experiment with ciggarettes, hmmmm maybe she got that craving from her mother since her mother smokes, but she was punished an has not done it since and she has no boyfriend. all this woman does is down an degrade her poor daughter. this child is a straight A student, already won a scholarship thru duke university because of her testing grades, plays softball, an is involved very much in school, thats wat should be said, the good things, but the mother refuses to do this because it may hurt her relationship with the deadbeat she is with and she would have to admit guilt. so i hope this is helpful, but she honestly has the childs best interest first

I am so thankful for Judge Clark!!! I never got any child support from my dead beat ex husband until she got involved. Now she keeps him locked up if he doesn't pay and the case is current and my son gets the support he deserves!!!! Thank the Lord for professional, fair, and caring family court judges like Judge Clark. Only dead beats have a problem with her!!!!!

Good grief. Why would anyone complain about Jennifer? DUH..because she didn't rule in their favor. Plain and simple. I don't know her well, but she judged my case and did so fairly. And her ruling wasn't simply in favor of one side or the other. She gave very detailed explanation supporting her decisions on each issue, and it was clear our child was her focus. I'm sure you can find a list of people to bash her..who have lost in her court. Wow..that's credibility there. And there are many who would praise her..most of who have won in her court. She has a difficult job. If she weren't doing it correctly, she would be removed. I personally think she does a very good job. I've never seen people waste time so effectively as is done on this site.
