I just wondered since there's not been much mention of the 2 hour long "Jumah" prayer and Muslim Fest, what opinion, if any, topix posters have of the event?
I'd like to know if you all are aware it "was" posted on the DNC site and then after much complaining it was taken off.
The DNC also rejected a christian prayer/blessing by the cardinal. Although, again due to much protest, they invited the cardinal to say the prayer blessing at the close of the event.

So, any thoughts on any of this?

This took place in a park around the corner, not at the DNC. The cardinal was always in the plans. Sounds like your sources are messing with you.

What about the GOD (problem) or the Isreali (problem). The Dems dont want to talk about that do they ? Unbelievable how this adminastration has let every bleeding heart liberal (socialist)have a say & not only that but gave them a place at the table .

The only problem is people trying to stir up trouble where there is none.

Is that a first amendment right..and another repub trying to take a right. Hmmm
How bought instead of miss leading folks about this great democracy. We seemed to start up rising every where for, WHEN AMERICA NEEDS TO BECOME A DEMOCRACY, instead of a Republic. Would'nt you agree.
Popular vote to take away Electoral votes.
No more of the few ruling the many!
Lets illegalize once again our ELECTED OFFICIALS SELLING VOTES OPENLY..in this great Republic. Show um their not too rich to fail. Hmmmm
Work on real problems..the next republican that say NO TO WOMENS RIGHT TO CHOOSE. GET HIS TEETH KNOCKED DOWN HIS OVER ZEALOUS THROAT SHOULD HE CUT WELFARE. YOU WANT BABIES HERE...PAY THE TOLL AND DO NOT COMPLAIN CAUSE MOMMY OR DADDY CAN"t AFFORD ANOTHER UNDER EDUCATED CHILD.FORCE THE PARENTS INTO SCHOOL OR THEY LOOSE CHILD..LOOSE CHECKS HOUSING ETC The more educated one becomes. The more responsible the person becomes...WHICH ALL CHEAPOS RATHER FIX BUILDING RATHER THAN OPEN MINDS TO BETTER LEARNING>...No I rather we work torge fixing problems. Instead of worrying about titles..repub dem..i don't care. Long as results are there. Personally i liked the ideal of buying insurance from gov't. Who would of competed with private sector insurance. That went off the table long ago. Now Education bought through government..how bout it! Lets make a competitive work force..to contend world wide! Math science..leave religion to personal choice!
