According to Redstate.com , the Bureau of Indigenous Muslim Affairs is coordinating the program titled, "Jumah at the DNC."
The events, which are expected to draw up to 20,000 Muslims, will include everything from prayer, to a regal banquet and a cultural festival.
BIMA says they are using the events to attract attention to the plight of Muslims in America and that they all the events they are planning are non-political.
"We hope our people will leave feeling rewarded about who they are and what their issues are and have a candidate checklist," BIMA spokesman Jibril Hough told the Charlotte Observer.
