A friend and I whom is a client of my law firm were fishing yesterday 11/19/2011, for Walleye down on the Cumberland River. We were approximately a mile from Winfreys Ferry, below Rock House bottom, when we spotted what seemed to be a large man wearing a "Gilly" suit on the bank, turning over rocks. It was approx. 100 yards down river of us, and we assumed it was some local screwing around. As we drift closer, we realized however that this was not a man in a gilly suit at all. It was about 6' tall, and probably and easy 300 pounds. As we drifted closer the noise of the outboard spooked this creature, and it took off up a draw, in a slate wall face. I remember reading around a year ago something on here, about another sighting. could this be the famed "Soggy Bottom Swamp Creature". We decided to investigate, so we shored the boat, where we spotted him and looked at tracks, and for scat. What we found was beyond our belief. We expected to see a size 13 Justin work boot print, however we saw a primeape footprint, with for large toes and an extra appendage. There were also random empty cans of "Ski" cola, and "Armour" brand potted meat on the ground around the tracks. Any ideas?

did the extra appendage seem to be leaving a furrow as it drug the ground between the two footprints? If so, I think I may know who/what this creature is.

I suggest if it isn't a joke, you call the thing in. There Are actual groups who investigate "Big Foot Sightings". And since we all have cell phones that take photo's & your an attorney, I'll bet you have a great phone, & therefore some superb pictures of these huge ape like footprints as proof!
So my thinking is, why the heck aren't you telling us when these groups will be arriving to investigate? We all wanna hear about their findings as well. They can track & follow this creature. Put dogs on the scent, etc. Soooo, when will they be here, mr. Attorney? We are waiting to hear.
