That's not good. At one time, I heard they might wait until the first of the year to start taking applications.

I went and tried to put in an application at the employment office about 3 weeks ago and they told me that Bruss was going to wait until the first of the year to accept applications. I would like to work there.

Is this the same company where the "accountant" was fired because he embezzled around $500,000 from them?

bruss will be lucky to keep it's doors open, they make parts for chrysler and they are in serious financial trouble. as far as hiring....i don't see it happening, they don't have orders to fill. the accountant is not a criminal, he is a good person. think about it, rumors in a factory are like candy to a child. our tax money was wasted on their project!

The expansion has already been completed and yes they are laying off and if gm and the other two auto makers go belly up I would expect there to be more layoffs.

So I guess once again the Ky taxpayers are taking it up the ass with nothing to show for all that tax money wasted for a worthless plant expansion and none of those wonderful $8.00 an hour jobs that were promised.

You say things will pick up when car sales now are half what they were during a slow sales period last year? Yeah it's paid for all right courtesy of Ky taxpayers.
