Better worry about your Russell Springs "groomers" and never mind Columbia...or are you a "groomer"? Losing too much of your business from caring pet owners that you have to start malicous threads...

I have took my dog there for quite some time, and when I go to pick it up it always looks great and full of energy. They are the best and my dog can't wait to see them. Those guys are great people and you can tell they love dogs.

We have taken our dogs,Maddie and Jessica, to Dog Gone Classy for several years. We have been very satisfied with both the work performed on our dogs and the way we have been treated by the owners. Being pet owners and breeders as well as groomers says a lot about Daryl and Trudy.

Talk about a idiot and viscious lies. Darryl and Trudy take great pride in their business and would never sedate or harm a pet in anyway or form at all. We have three dogs that are regular visitors to Dog Gone Classey and we couldnt ask for a better groomer anywhere and one of our dogs is a standard poodle which is a difficult dog to groom. Trudy has won several awards for her skills in grooming and she is a true asset to the dog owners in the area

Feel for a apology all you want, but your not getting one from me. All you had to do was pick up the phone and call them with your concerns yet you choose to start a post and this in turn will start rumors about a wonderful group. Always heard that if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck then its a duck and the same goes for idiots.

If you are that fickle and fragile then nobody will be able to please you, not even the best in the area which happenns to be do gone. Trudy has won numerous awards for her work and sure doesnt need someone who can not stand to be called out as you were. Face it, you were trying to start trouble, called out on it, and now you want to try to put the blame on others. As I said before, all you had to do was call them to ask them, but that wasnt your intention, starting rumors is easier on topix isnt it.

I recently took my mini schnauzer to DGC for the first time. I had sadly let him become ungroomed for a few months due to my hectic schedule. He is not a very social dog with people he doesn't know (he is just nervous at first, doesn't bite or snap). Anyway, I left him for the whole day at the owner's suggestion because as a social worker I cannot up and leave my job to pick up my dog and run him back home when he's finished being groomed. Sam apparently loved the people at DGC and he responded very well to them. I felt very comfortable while there and they were full of good advice even offering to let me drop him off on my way to work and pick him up at the end of my workday at no extra charge. Dogs are a good judge of people and my dog wasn't the least bit nervous around the folks at DGC. He was full of energy when I picked him up and looked absolutely adorable! I will definitely take him back there again. They have reasonable prices and obviously love what they do!

I am a person who loves my dogs.Do you hold that against me? I have only had one complaint against a dog groomer and that was when all my dogs hair was shaved without my consent. Otherwise I am the easiest person in the world to get along with. Having said that I am a redneck hillbilly who is an idiot. Therefore, you are probably right that a business with so many awards would not appreciate me. Thanks for all your help and KIND words.Good luck to you and I hope you have fun with your future posts. I see that you travel alot with all the different ISP locations you have. Take care and good luck to your business. Keep those awards coming in. God Bless You!!

i know for a fact that dog gone classy does NOT sedate the dogs. they r very good the dogs. everyone that works at dog gone classy at the present time are wonderful people and treat the dog that go there like lil kings and queens. even the big dogs. i have dogs of my own and i love them like they were my children and i would trust DGC with them anytime. if u REALLY have ?s about DGC their number is in the book. just give them a call and im sure they will be happy to answer any ??s u have, with the truth. and some dogs get over excited and nervous when groom. that may be why the dogs that u know are tierd when the get home!

I have been grooming Dogs&Cats for 40or more years, Like these groomers said ,If your Dog needs to be sedated It up to the Owner Not the groomer to take to Vet, DGC&the Russell springs ,Groomer I dont think would,Take a chance to sedate a Animal, It just isnt worth it,Groomers have been trained to know how to handle Dogs without Drugs,I feel alot Dogs are better, when there Momma Isnt there{Like Kids].I do have some people that want to wait, &thats O.K. too Thats all I have to say

I can not believe someone would start this crap.
My dog loves Daryl and Trudy. I will tell her where we r going and she lights up. Loves to be spoiled.
We get there and she jumps in their arms and licks all over Daryl.
I will also say this if you have a dog that is hard to control and bits at the groomers they should have the right to give the dog something. I have a lab that I don't take anywhere because he is so hyper.

With all this being said, I have never heard or seen anything that would indicate this. Nor has the other 4 people I know that takes there dogs there.
