Larry Pugh, former Jacksonville patrol officer receives 12 years in federal prison for raping women during traffic stops, then trying to strangle on that filed a complaint with the FBI. Now that's news.

thats what he gets! corrupt cops are th worst ppl in the world. Instead of helping ppl he was raping and killing ppl... if not just making then disappear. What a sorry excuse for law
