Eric is a 30 year old man who was loved by everyone he came in contact with. He left behind a mom, sister, and a wonderful little boy. He also left behind a wretched wife by the name of Sarah. Before Eric was found, his wife had began posting namke pictures of women on twitter. So check her whore of an ass out... Sarah McKinney! I feel bad mainly for the child... God will hold and keep you Eric...
he also left behind a brother

just a tragic accident wrote:
<quoted text> But these people in Rushville will take this rumor - or any rumor for that matter - as fact. Rushville is one gossipy little town.
Besides if somone were to be killed at a Rushville factory, OSHA would have sent in a team of investigators with TV news trucks and TV helicopters invading Rushville. That hasn't happened. Which means the victim slipped on a non-slip mat cracking his head open which triggered a cerebral hemorrhage. It was just a tragic accident. Nothing more.
Nice try but the plant was shut down and OSHA was down here doing an investigation. Just because thinks aren't a big production for rushville's nosey ass citizens does not mean it did not happen. I suppose if u need to know you wld have known!!!

<quoted text> After working in a factory for several years it is very apparent that someone did not follow safety precedures and IOSHA Laws. How could somone not know this man was missing? Why was he working alone inside of a machine? Was this a 'Confined Space' violation? Why was it not 'Locked Out'? How many people have been seriously hurt at this plant? I believe this is the 2nd person to die at INTAT. WHY?
You are right, something is wrong with this whole thing, the man was left alon to clean the machine out! Where I work we have safety meetings once a month and you do absolutely NOTHING to a machine unless someone is with you, i hope his son ends up with more money than he can ever imagine for their stupidity!!!!

It wasn't their stupidity, it was his. He went in to the machine without locking it out. He messed up and he died because of it.

OSHA has investigated and it appears that INTAT has been found clear of any negligence. It is a horrible tragedy that this employee lost his life, but he plain and simply ignored/neglected/disobeyed safety protocols that are clearly documented and verbally communicated to employees. It was an easily prevented accident - if only the procedures would have been followed.

His name is Eric McKinney and he's 30. He's my uncle. It was a 2 person job but supposively the other guy got sent home early. The machine turned on somehow when he was inside. The machine was 'locked out' but it somehow still turned on.

It is impossible for machines to be locked out properly and then still turn on. Sorry.

Yeah the paper said he failed to use proper safety procedure. OASHA found INTAT not at fault. It is sad what happened but he messed up.
