I've cleaned those machines ..there is no supervision ..no spotter!! Had suggested it so many times an it got overlooked. Wasn't important to salary..front office!! Bottom line..an its sad to say..but they will have a replacement coming time to return after the holidays!! Every shift, every department needs a supervisor!! An training ..more than watching a video an another employee showing you how they do the job..an possibly leaving out all proper steps!! Intat really does lack communication with employees until something like this happens!! My heart goes out to Eric's family!!

OSHA will setup rigid safety procedures for the machine that killed that man. There will be forced inspections daily with OSHA investigators making surprise visits to ensure that safety procedures have been followed to the letter. If safety procedures have not been followed, expect hefty fines and a threat of factory shutdown if it happens again.
INTAT will be forced to cleanup their act or go out of business.
Of course if INTAT makes a generous donation to help clear-up Obama's campaign debt, Obama will direct OSHA to look the other way when INTAT doesn't quite keep up with the safety requirements.

Graft you were intelligent until you got to your political agenda and spouted ignorant stupidity about OSHA looking the other way. Intat will be in deep in the near future and better get their act together.
