Court overturns conviction
The New Mexico Court of Appeals reversed a ruling by District Judge James W. Counts and ordered a new trial for Aaron Ramos without evidence they said was illegally obtained.

Sounds like a screw up by the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department. It seems to be an ongoing problem in this area with our so-called professionals
failing to make the right calls or follow proper procedures that lead to yet another failure and embarrassment for our county.
