Review: Bojax Collision

[HORRIBLE]

Header says it all "HORRIBLE" worst collision shop in Michigan!!You take your car to Bojax you'll truly be sorry, as I am. Take if for what it is HORRIBLE!!!

I have always had good expierences there! They did a awesome job on my repairs and I WOULD refer all my family and friends if they needed a collision shop.

Damn, why do you people require frequent auto body repair? Perhaps more walking would be something you may start considering.

a) relieved me of loose change left in car

b) put on license plate frame advertising their shop without my permission

c)most importantly: had to take it back 3 TIMES to get hood aligned--they kept telling me "it's good enough, we can't get it any better". Sure they could, after I argued enough with them

1. Putting a plate on the car is policy,2.your change was never takin.and 3.we didn't charge u for ajusting the hood.4.don't patronize us lol

I am very happy with the body work and paint job they did on my car. Plus they did it in a timely manner and I had my car back within 2 days. I will definitly go back and refer others for their great work and service!

I got my car stolen (it was a lease) which was found basically destroyed in Detroit. Bojax fixed everything. Not only that they detailed it! They even got out that disquieting stench that was left behind from the hoodlum that stole the car..impressive. Then turned in lease few months later with no problems.

Then got in a fender bender with my new car it was fixed in 2 days.

Beware: this place will rip you off!

I had my car repaired there a few years ago. First of all, they promise the world only to go back on everything they say. Said they heve free rental cars, the next day when I called they said that they didn't have one. Wouldn't have been a big deal but they took over a month to get my car back to me. It was a minor fender bender, a month was way too long for the repairs. Which brings me to my next point, I'm pretty sure they scammed my insurance and did repairs that didn't need to be done. I have no proof but the repairs seemed a little out of proportion.

Speaking of the repairs. Two years later, I had to have all of their work redone. The collision shop where I went said it was some of the worst work they had seen. They put the wrong bumper on my car and basically made it fit. They put the wrong windows in (I don't have tinted windows and he put tinted windows in). The car was already rusting where they had paint. Absolutely awful. I don't know how they are still in business if they treat people like that.

Please be warned and hopefull you will not get ripped off like I was.

Some of the best customer service I have ever had. Bojax quote was 25% less than competing quote; The owner drove me to work after I dropped off my car for repair. The front fender repair was perfect and they fixed scratches on my back bumper for free. When I came to get my car - they had washed the outside and cleaned the inside! Would highly recommend Bojax.
