I thought the Art's Beats and eats was the worst event I Have ever been to. Too expensive the parking sucked - the lines were frustrating. and It's too small an area for such an event. Better in Pontiac. Way to much money . No fun . No place for any one that is handicapped. No reservations for that what so ever.

We took our family down to see how this event was and I have to say I will NEVER GO TO ANOTHER. It was terrible. A giant money making scam from the word go. Took every piece of public parking and hung signs on it excluding from parking there. The only choice was to spend 15 dollars to park. Then the rides take tickets only. My four year old was so excited to ride the rides, but the tickets only sold in sheets of 16 and every ride was 6 tickets. So you had to buy 3 sheets just to break even. That would be 30 bucks and only be good for 8 rides. So if I go on with him (which is pretty much every time when your kid is 4) you get a whopping 4 rides for 30 bucks. GRRRRRRR
Complete waste of time. Shame on you Royal Oak for being such a bunch of greedy D#$*bags.
I don't want this to go on too long so I will wrap it up by saying everything from the food to the drinks was the same thing.
First and last time I will ever go.
