Ray Jeffers won, what? thats a shock considering the evidence that he has killed, stolen, and starved pets of owners who payed him to train their dogs. Yikes!! I believe RAY JEFFERS has just set himself up for failure. Wait until the citizens of person county find out who he really is!!!!!
