First of all, we are not a bowling alley. If you want to go for cheaper, then you will receive cheaper service. Bowl-a-rama is strictly bowling, and run down if you ask me. Shenaniganz has so much to offer. I think any kid deserves a great Birthday experience, and we are all about creating memories!

Has a wonderful-Affordable "Rozies Diner". Clean. Upbeat. Friendly and happy staff. Lanes and TV's are really a treat. It isn't somewhere you go once a week, but it has a once a month spot on our schedule. To be family owned and to take a chance on a small town economy, and try to offer fun and food is worth the support and pass it on it has weekly specials worth finding out about.

We tried to use a coupon today at Shenanigans. It stated one per person not to be combined with any other offer. We were trying to use 2 coupons at one table (3 people) and the manager was very rude and asked if the coupon was the only reason we had come in. It was but I thought that was what coupons were for - to try to get people to come in. Probably won't be back - didn't stay to eat - but Joe Willy's was really good!

DEAR READERS, PAST GUESTS, AND POTENTIAL FUTURE GUESTS:
First - Joe Willy's IS a great place. Not surprised "coupon lover" thought it was really good.
Second - Unfortunately, "coupon lover's" post doesn't paint the whole picture. Before his server could even take his drink order, "coupon lover" told him that he had 2 coupons - Buy One Entree, Get One Free and "Free Appetizer with Purchase of an Entree". "coupon lover" told our server he was going to pay for ONE entree, and use that one entree for BOTH coupons, and thus get a Free Entree AND a free appetizer. His server explained to him that wasn't possible. "coupon lover" wanted to talk to a manager, and both our restaurant GM and an owner explained to him that what he wanted wasn't possible...and was specifically excluded by language on the coupon. When "coupon lover" realized that he wasn't going to be able to bully his way to paying $9 for $25 worth of food, he decided to leave.
Finally, thanks for supporting to Shenaniganz, and if you haven't been yet, I hope you give us the opportunty to server you in the future.

We went in a large group of about 25. Planned on spending the evening there but ended up leaving early for a number of reasons. The Food was good and priced decently. The service was AWFUL,we had to track down our waitress several times just to get our refills because she "forgot". We found her chatting with guys in the corner forgetting about her job duties. The prices for drinks and games are way to high, I will never go back to this place and of all the people who went that night feel the same.

I had a completely different experience. I normally only use these sites to talk about when something bad happens but I had an amazing time and so did the the other couples I was with. I have been to dave and busters many times and was excited to see that shenanigans was cheaper than almost all of dave and busters games. I plan on going back soon.

Yes, Shenaniganz can be expensive, but it if you go on days when they have a deal it's great! They have home school days one a month, and it is WELL worth it! I love doing laser tag, and it's something active I can do with my child. The food is great, but I do have to admit the service is TERRIBLE. We have eaten there several times and have yet to have even decent service. Why do we still eat there? Because I like to support local business. Hopefully, they will get the service in Rosie's worked out. We only play the arcade games if we get free game cards. The games really are expensive. We usually stick to bowling and laser tag.

Parker- Please invest in a web site. You are missing an excellent opportunity. Our family will be having a get-together at another place just because most folks have never heard of you and can't find the information on-line. I tried!

Here we go AGAIN. I knew Coddington would not let this thread die. He keeps posting on another name just to keep this on the recent discussions. Poor guy. He is pulling out all ways to advertise. I just don't think a "rag" such as this is a way to get repeat customers. And know, I will not help you find a way to advertise for free any where else. Just let us die in peace. OK, after reading all of the comments please let a Rockwall citizen and someone who has no family or friendship ties tell you the truth about Shenanigans.

Price: Yes it is pricey but it's clean, safe and very entertaining, every time I go the games actually work and are new games (built this century) unlike the bowling alley in Rowlett and Chucky Cheese who have the same boring games that rob my money because they do not work.
Games: New gam`es, games that are linked to each other which allow me and my twin boys to compete against each other. The games are quality, fun, and new and actually work.
Bowling: Great lanes, very nice electronics and I really like to layout. No smokey atmosphere.
Laser Tag: Every time we play I have a great time, equipment always works and the 2 level layout has great places to hide.
Go Karts: The carts are safe, fun and fast enough for young kids but the track is too small for older kids and the cars are slow. My boys are 7 and they love it. Great for first timers.
Food: Yes food is bad for adults, the kid food is OK. Eat before you come because the food is too high and not good. They might have fixed this but after the first try we never ate there again.
