Appellate Court Rules Against Ambulance Driver Convicted In Temescal Canyon DUI Crash

A state appellate court panel today upheld a former ambulance driver's conviction for an alcohol-fueled, head-on crash in Temescal Canyon that killed an 18-year-old college student nearly five years ago.
I'm glad the Appellate Court did not re-victimize her family. This does bring some joy. But the loss of Rachel will always be tragic. My love goes out to the family of the victim.
