My sources tell me that Abe has already provided the D A with his recorded testimony and supporting documents. and has already completed his 100 hours of community services before he was sentenced to community services. And that is why today's proceedings were suppose to be kept from the public. I don't even think Breceda new about today's proceedings.
If I were Garcia and Rosemary I think I would be looking for a deal instead of following Breceda to jail.
Way to go Abe. You let the citizens down big time by allowing these guys to steal public money. By testifying now goes along way to restoring the public's trust in you.
