There is always a few bleeding hearts on these juries, I hope the DA retries the penalty phase and they execute the bit-ch someday.

Perhaps the 4 jurors should consider footing the bill for her to remain in custody for the rest of her natural born life and provide shelter, food and healthcare. Good Job!

These kinds of bleeding-heart jurors bear some of the responsibility for the state of our crime-ridden society. How can they place such little value on the lives of these murder victims??

Juries are made up of pure morons in many cases. How could a wife and mother who murders her own so she could run off with some stud not DESERVE death??????? what could have possibly hung -up these fools on the jury????? This evil, vile thing should be put to death, but in California the death sentence is a joke - she will languish for the next 25 years in her own private room with her own private TV and access to the phone and her lawyers anytime she wants - she should be fighting for her life everyday and be an outcast among her prison roommates for what she did - life in prison is acceptable because In California no one is ever put to death.

The jurors actually saved you money if the woman is sentenced to life without parole. Even with California paying up to three times what other states pay for each prisoner because of bloated prison guard paychecks, and simply obscene retirement benefits, it is cheaper to keep her than to pay for the automatic appeals California prisoners receive.

If she gets the death penalty a lot of lawyers will get really rich. The fools that elected Jerry Brown governor will soon discover that no one will lose their life at the hands of the State while old Jerry is in charge. He all but eliminated the punishment when he was in his "moonbeam" period. Now as a geezer he intends to put a fork in it, because the death penalty is done.

I am truly disgusted!this bitch (excuse me to her family) took 2 babies lives as well as the man she took vows with! how sick!!!! she deserves to sit & rot in solitary, rather than enjoy her freedom while getting lie no its not "freedom" persay she is still in prson but death meaning she will be in ad-seg unit! im sure hoping another inmate feels the need to suffocate her the way she did to her children or better yet stab her 97 times.....im sure there will be a guard who will allow that!!!! my heart truly aches for the mother & sister of neal how horrible for them!! i do not feel bad for her parents at all other than the fact they lost thier grandbabies but only because of their stupid ass kid!

With Kamala Harris being elected there is a four year moratorium on the death penalty anyway. Really, with 20-30 years of appeals the mother of Neal will be very old when she sees the killer executed.

Did it ever occur to any of you crying out for death in a case you know nothing but what you read in the paper about it that maybe the death penalty isn't what is best for the victims of this murder that are still alive. The people who loved Neal and his boys who are broken hearted and trying to piece together a life where little makes sense and love is harder to give cause you are worried they will be taken too might not be able to handle the death penalty. With the death penalty comes appeal after appeal. Year after year they are forced to relive the most horrible thing to happen in their lives instead of being able to try to build up what is left on the happy memories they hold near and dear. They are forced to bare their hearts and souls to a room full of strangers knowing that what they said can and possibly will be taken out of context and/or cut and pasted for a good headline?

Instead of wasting your time debating why she should die when there is nothing you can do about it why dont you find out if there is a memorial you can contribute to to truly honor the lives lost?

Manling Williams deserves life in prison without possibility of parole in my opinion. This is a much more severe penalty (than the release that death would bring) and is a just punishment. Her horrible crimes were not the act of a rational human being, and one must take into account that there is undoubtably some mental illness going on here. Such a tragedy would only become that much more tragic with a state execution.

A second executed Texas inmate's evidence was just determined to be unfounded. When you rush to execute, you sometimes execute the innocent.

Not the case here, there is absolutely no doubt she killed her husband and children.

I believe those bleeding heart jurors were in error, and the majority was right, for that horrible crime of chopping up her husband and killing their two very innocent children.
