I saw a show on television about "Preppers," who are people who prepare for a breakdown of society, and who build shelters for themselves, etc. And people like that are fools, what we need to do instead is to plan for disasters and stuff together, and for society to work together, and for us to love and help each other in the cases of emergencies and disasters. Like in the Netherlands where they built bomb shelters that were built big enough for a whole city.

Anaheim has plans for disasters and emergencies, and groups like Kiwanis have plans for in case of emergencies, etc. They already have plans for food, and for medicine, and for everything. So I can just report to them to help my city, I already know where everyone is going to meet in the case of a disaster or emergency. There is a community center off of Anaheim Blvd where people will meet in the case of a disaster or whatever to help the people of Anaheim.

Every city should have a plan for disasters and for emergencies. And instead of just going underground by yourselves, we need to help and love each other as a society and we need to work together.

Preppers are fools. We need to work together as a team, instead of going it alone.

On Wednesday, May 15th, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, there will be a meeting at La Palma Park to discuss the best ways to utilize the park. The meeting will be on the East side near the ticket booth. Everyone in the community is invited to the meeting.

One issue to discuss is using the park as a base to help the homeless people.

Here is a thread pertaining to the issue of helping the homeless people at La Palma Park...

One of the many great clubs in Anaheim is the Optimist International Club, they should help to bring the entertainment industry to Anaheim...

----------

The Optimist Creed

Promise Yourself

To be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.

To talk health, happiness and prosperity to every person you meet.

To make all your friends feel that there is something in them.

To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true.

To think only of the best, to work only for the best, and to expect only the best.

To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.

To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.

To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give every living creature you meet a smile.

To give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others.

To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.

They have a Bible theme park in Florida...

That would be a cool place for actors and actresses to play characters from the Bible.

I bet I could get a job there easily because of my long hair, I would just need to grow a beard.

They should build a Bible theme park in Anaheim, that would be cool.

Office space is cheap in Anaheim, and so are warehouses in the industrial areas, etc, etc, etc. Anaheim is a good place to do business.

Here is a link for AV Biz Pro...

My friend Larry is associated with the organization.

If you are interested in doing business in the Antelope Valley then you might check it out. And maybe trade and cooperation can be expanded between Anaheim and the Antelope Valley.

Here is something for the rumor mill...

I heard that the Japanese are going to invest one trillion dollars in Anaheim, California. I do not know how I feel about this. I would rather see Americans investing in Anaheim.

The economy in Anaheim will boom if the Japanese pump a trillion dollars into the local economy here. That is a lot of money.

Also, there was the plan to build a high speed train between Anaheim and Las Vegas...

"Closer To The Heart"

And the men who hold high places
Must be the ones who start
To mold a new reality
Closer to the heart
Closer to the heart
The blacksmith and the artist
Reflect it in their art
They forge their creativity
Closer to the heart
Closer to the heart
Philosophers and ploughmen
Each must know his part
To sow a new mentality
Closer to the heart
Closer to the heart
You can be the captain
I will draw the chart
Sailing into destiny
Closer to the heart

I went to the Guadalajara Restaurant today for lunch, they have real authentic food from the Guadalajara region of Mexico, the food is always great. I had a carne asada burrito today, and I had a large horchata, but they serve alcohol too. And they are open 24 hours a day. So, it is the perfect place to go for tacos after going to the clubs (and it is right across the street from the Juke Joint). Also, it is in a safe location.

I see a way for someone to make money... Everyone wants to reduce pollution, and everyone loves to exercise, so everyone is riding bicycles, but there are very few businesses which have bike racks to park your bike at, so people can make money by manufacturing bike racks and by selling them to the businesses and by fastening them to the sidewalk for them, etc. A sandwich shop lost money today by not having a bike rack, there was no where to park my bicycle and lock it up, so I had to go to a different place where I could lock up my bicycle. Businesses need to have bike racks, and people can make money by setting the businesses up with bike racks.
