What happened to customer service? Communication issue? More like bullying - sounds like Edison has the power and they do not feel obligated to communicate effectively with a customer. I wonder what would happen if a customer decided to make changes in their power services without proper notification?

And if they damage any property, they won't repair it. They tell you to get it fixed and file a claim.
