You are a funny guy Mr. Bundy. You lash out at people you don't even know and say their lives are pathetic. Look in the mirror.
You need to hide behind the witness protectionn program because you apparently cannot take care of yourself. I will pray that you change your ways Mr. Bundy.

As usual I knew you would respond negatively. Looks like you are the junkie addicted to blasting others. Again, I will pray for you because you need it. Anyone who hides behinds others for safety, but lashes out from behind the ones protecting him can be called a different name. I will not call you that name because we are all human and all of us have many faults, thanks for pointing mine out to me. I can accept how I am; you need to do the same. Again I will pray for you. I will not verbally joust with you because it is a waste of time. You sound like an intelligent person and I respect you for that; but I cannot respect the fashion in which you use it. Good bye Mr. Bundy. I will continue to read what you say, but will not address you any longer.

HH Neighbor wrote: Update 11/15/2007: 2 men found guilty of murder Pair convicted of April 2006 killing of 2 teens in wash By Dan Abendschein, Staff Writer POMONA - Two men were convicted Wednesday of murdering two teens in a Hacienda Heights wash. Angelo Vasquez, 18, and Salvador Villanueva, 19, both of Hacienda Heights, were found guilty of two counts of murder for the shooting of Demetrius Flores, 17, and Christopher Trevizo, 15, in April 2006 near Hacienda Boulevard and Colima Road. They were also convicted of the attempted murder of Damon Flores, Demetrius' twin brother, who fled during the shooting. A third man who was charged in the case, Christopher Murray, 19, of Hacienda Heights, pleaded no contest to the murder charges in August. He was sentenced to 79 years to life in prison last month after a jury rejected an insanity defense. Villanueva was convicted of first-degree murder, indicating he made a premeditated decision in the shooting. Vasquez was convicted of second-degree murder, meaning it was a spontaneous decision. That means Villanueva may receive a longer sentence. John Tyre, the attorney for Vasquez, said he believed the difference in the convictions was likely based on Villanueva giving Murray a gun months before the murders. The pair are scheduled to appear in court for sentencing Dec. 19. A judge ordered Vasquez, who was 16 at the time of his arrest, to be tried as an adult. Damon Flores testified during the trial that Murray did the actual shooting. Flores said he, his brother and Trevizo went into the wash after seeing Murray, Villanueva and Vasquez because they expected that Murray and Trevizo were going to fight. He said Murray jumped a fence and argued with Trevizo, while Villanueva and Vasquez had guns pointed at the Flores brothers and kept them from escaping. Murray shot Trevizo in the head, Damon Flores testified, and then shot Demetrius Flores. Murray also fired at Damon Flores as Flores ran away. Vasquez's lawyer said he was disappointed that his client was convicted. "It is hard to see how you can find someone whose friend suddenly started firing a gun culpable for his actions," said Tyre. He said testimony showed his client jumped the fence and fled after Murray started firing. Tyre and Villanueva's lawyer had asked the court to drop charges against their clients, arguing Villanueva and Vasquez did not know anyone was going to get shot. Mallory Parker, Murray's girlfriend at the time of the murder, and Damon Flores both testified during Murray's sanity trial that Murray was angry at Trevizo for ripping him off in a pot deal several months before the shootings. Parker also said she received several menacing phone calls from friends of Trevizo after the incident. The final sentencing was on Wednesday, Dec 19th. Does anybody know what sentence they received?

Case was continued until January, but date has not been set at this time. D.A. wants sentences to run consecutively, but the defense attorney's are trying to get sentences to run concurrently.
Thank you for asking.

I pray that God gives you, your family and Demetrius family peace of mind and the strength to recover from this senseless tragedy. Please keep this forum updated with the sentencing. I hope that they lock them up and throw away the key.

this has turned into one big shit storm of misunderstood facts, misconstrued opinions, and flames left and right. it has led to the point that random peeps are popping in here to troll, piss people off, and fuck up their pleasant day and I don't need to mention that they are succeeding.
one, everybody just shut the fuck up, please, let the country's justice system do its fucking job and deal justice as the jury sees fit. they can do their jobs just fine without people screaming bloody murder and other senseless bullshit.
two, families and friends of both victims and murderers need to flat out just stop posting shit on forums and threads and stop feeding on commentary from people that probably heard twisted facts passed along via hearsay, overreacted, and decided to drop their 2 cents and fan the flames of hate even more. you want updates? that nice man in a black and white car with red and blue flashing lights that has the motto "To Serve and to protect" will happily keep you posted via phone, email, fax, word of mouth, post-it notes, spray paint on your driveway. I don't believe I need to remind everyone that people can put their own spin, and in this case already have, to facts and safely make baseless claims over the all-to-safe wall of the world wide web? yes, even the victim's families (or should I say especially the victim's families) will put their own spin with their own bias to the facts.
three, this is no longer a discussion, a forum for mourning and prayers, or relief to victims' families of any sort, it has turned into an extremely long flame war that gives little to no insight into the case. both victims are probably turning in their graves with the amount of BS floating around in here. bottom line, all anyone is getting is pissed and hurt, nothing more and nothing less.
I can't believe what a mess my hometown has become

This story was pretty much sad for everyone involved. I grew up and still live in Hacienda Heights, and like to think its still a good place to live. Ironically, where this occurred is considered the nicer part of HH.
This is why I get pissed off when I see well off, suburban kids think ghetto, urban life is so cool, and try to emulate it. I did to a certain extent when I was younger, but I'm glad most of my friends and I turned out alright.
