I lost my dog on Saturday in our own yard between 7 pm and 9:30 pm. We don't live on a trail, but back up to Dominguez Ranch Road. Glad to city finally is doing something. I have a 50 lb dog that won't go out in her own yard!!

Heard from a neighbor that a coyote was in the middle of our street @ 7:45 am and wouldn't let her son get into his car! They had to go out with whistles and golf clubs to get him in his car. Within a few minutes small children would be on their way to school!

Stop the mindless slaughter of coyotes! If you don't want your dog to get eaten, keep it inside. It is wrong and inhumane. If you see a coyote stay away from it, and goodness gracious parents, watch your children!

Mindless slaughter of coyotes...what a bunch of BS. Yeah, "watch your children..." get attacked by them after people like you start feeding them and cause this problem in the first place.

There's a reason that coyotes are always in season.

Maybe you should tell your dog to grow a pair and defend itself against a 35 LB coyote. Tool!

hey Seal Beach I hope a Great White eats your face and stimulates the intelligent population. If u want to dip in the coyote conversation in Yorba Linda, burn your house down and suck something. Do me favor and lye on the beach and get skin cancer... i think everyone in the YL would enjoy that. GO coyotes!!!

If your son is old enough to drive a car, then he is more then old enough to scare away a coyote. Maybe if he gently removed his tampon and finally told off his overly abusive boyfriend he could find the stones to get a coyote away from his "car door". I mean seriously lady, I've seen so many coyotes off of dominguez ranch road and my cat and dog have been alive for almost 10 years each. Do me favor and keep your ignorant outbursts off the world wide web and maybe have your significant other please you a little more to lessen the hate and retardation in your ignorant mind

Coyotes need a place too. With the rapid expansion of homes in what used to be undeveloped parts of Yorba Linda, what do people really think is going to happen? Just because people here are loaded down with cash, and feel like leaving your toy poodle out and letting your kids run around willy-nilly does not mean that coyotes should be hunted, trapped, euthanised, ect. They need a place too, and as people have pushed them out of their normal habitat, people are going to have to learn to accept and deal with them.

Sean? Sean, may I just say that I've found your tampon. It was stuck up a coyote's ass. First, why did you Sharpie your name on a tampon. Second, how did it get in its ass? Third, how on earth did I find it? Fourth, why is it cinnamon flavored? Fifth, how do I get it out of my ass?
