Jumped that ship long time ago. The best thing we ever did So many people say the same thing Once you get out you realize how great things can be Who misses an abusive relationship? Those who left are the lucky ones

Wearing heels as a "volunteer" at SB is all the qualification required in getting hired.

The entire place remains a joke. Pastor bails out on flock. A great shepherd. Rude confirmation lady resigns. Ex nun relieves active nun of duties. School is crying for students but the reputation is so poor the attraction is gone

The place is great. I went to mass last week and the church reminds me of the classrooms. NO WORKING. Air conditioners. This is whacked. The church is still a financial mess. It's only going to get when worse when we pay out to all teachers that sued the principal Ugly ugly

And to think...this all could have been avoided with some strong leadership way back...hundreds displaced for the sake of one....the good ole'ways of the LA Archdiocese....from Baxter down to the "head in the sand" pastor who created this mess then jumps the sinking ship...classic...

you haters are just that. not sure where your inside info comes from, but if you've taken your family/child out of the school, why do you care so much about what you believe to be "factual"?
Scores are up, athletic and academic teams set new standards. If you can't afford the education, just fess up. No need to make excuses. Bye Bye! Life happens. Move on. Good luck to you.

Are you blind?

Of course the older children did well......they were products of the old staff, parents, coaches and community.

Please tell me how you will have athletics next year with 11 8th graders?

I hope to God things change and all the kids thrive but nothing at the school has changed for the better.

You speak the honest truth.....things are on the downslide...the carnival took a major hit this past year....and of course lets not forget the depositions that are currently under way.....just keep adding zeros to the end of that check... but not to worry..we all will be paying the cost with a little more in the collection to make up the difference...

Wow! If your kid graduated you are lucky you only had one year to go. Sadly those in the lower grades are the ones who will suffer long term those little ones will pay the most in the future The work assigned was a joke and no work returned in some grade to justify grades given little ones get great scores when clearly the work is seriously poor. It's easy to give the A so parents won't ask you questions Parents are trusting the teachers and school to provide the child to get what they need to know and be competitive. How sad that trust is being abused it's disgusting and so unfair. These are great kids and families who should be getting a good education and clearly are not. Start new is one thing. Cheating kids and parents out of a good education is just not right on any terms

It's not about financial affordability. You know there are families that were given "special deals" by the Captain of the continuous floundering SS SBS. It's about receiving a sub-par education. You can bring in all the latest technology, but without anyone knowing how to apply it and no one to mentor the newbies....it's worthless.

You are so right I have seen the drop in the quality of the education. If one year could cause children to fall backwards rather than move forward. Imagine what a few years will do. How long will Bruno's students remain competitive on any level When you order a meal and the food is not good do you send it back and expect better And when they tell you that's all they have you have to eat it do you order it again. If your smart don't you just not go back or order something else. If you are left with a bad taste in your mouth at Bruno's it's telling you something. You deserve the best service and experience. Aren't your kids worth more than a meal. Make sure you get it Even if your kid does well question what they did to get good grades. Don't let them use good grades to keep you quiet and happy Accoutability is key. Even better if you can leave Great schools in the area that won't keep you questioning why it is what it had become

Oh please! A waiting list?
What a joke! You are delusional... And for the record, most of the parents were not haters...they just acted on what was best for their children. Maybe you should try doing the same.

if you want to call people out, the least you can do is use your name. And by the way, it's not the person you mention; quit defaming people and stick to the facts.. It's obvious that you're not interested in the truth, only gossip and drama. No one 'got in trouble' ignorant fool. Bad people blew up our once top-rated school and turned it in to an expensive day care center., and unfortunately innocent CHILDREN and families were terribly hurt in the process. "The right stuff"???? You've got all the wrong stuff!!!!

Awwww......what's the matter? You have to find someone to attack because you lost another teacher and more families keep bailing? How many second grade teachers does that make it????? Come on...how many? I dare you to respond since you're so big and brave.
