Scott, you've been straight up and a stand up guy for the LMBA. Your guidance will be missed. Are you telling us that the LMBA all stars were represented by non-residents? and that Cruz acted outside the realm of the league by-laws to create a team IN SPITE of the fact that you and the city did not approve? |

LMBA had a group of pony division players who wanted to finish out their LMBA playing experience with all-stars. The problem was noted when the team residency was evaluated and they only had the 1 LM resident on the team. I couldn't approve of them and the City didn't either. So, they were just going to do travel ball or something instead. Luis, in his PONY Baseball work, learned that Fullerton Pony didn't have a Pony division team either. PONY really wanted to see Fullerton, as a hosting organization, have a team out there so, Luis connected the group of LMBA players with Fullerton Pony. The City of Fullerton and Fullerton Pony did not have an issue with the residency therefore, it was a team of LMBA players playing for Fullerton Pony. Luis would be the best person to answer any additional questions. |

fullerton pony was represented by kids who may not have even been residents of that city? was any money taken from the lmba coffers to pay for the team that played for fullerton?

LMLL always welcomes new board members? That's funny. In over 3 months of games played, Saturdays all day & 3 weeknights of games. Memberships were taken twice. 2 days and a total of 4 hours. So if you didn't sign up, you don't vote nor can you run for the board. The voting was help at the LM resource center on a Friday night. So with over 500 kids in the league..at least 1000 parents, not including aunts, uncles & grandparents. There were about 30 members. And at least 20 of those were already board members. It was so hush hush the board had to bring more people on. Not enough people ran for the board. You can argue all day long. These are the facts. Don't believe me....ask around. |

You are correct! Fullerton did not pay for the tournament fees. LMBA cut the check. |

LMBA did NOT cut a check for the Pony All Star Team. They were able to play with no cost to either league. Curious, get the facts before you comment!

Hey Luis, Heard you're the new President. Finally got your dream come true for manipulating a youth league the way you see fit. Only took 7+ years to get to the top. I guess no one else ran against ya. By the way, are you an actual La Mirada resident now or do you still use your fathers address to skirt the LM residency requirements for board members? |

Don't they charge you to vote over there? I know when Dwight was President you didnt have to pay and there were hundreds of ballots and held at the field. I heard they started charging when the district started running the league a few years ago. |
