Lock him up and throw away the key. How does he walk around this town a free man. FREE to steal from citizens and not get prosecuted? We want answer! It has been 3+ years, when do we get justice? This is why people take matters into their own hands but I bet I wouldnt walk for 3 years if I broke his legs. Why does this scumbag get set free? How can Tehama County waste all our tax money he is still out selling cars right here on 25615 Walnut Street. Screwing people over under the alias of Heather Herman. How many more victims has Tehama County made with 6 continued trials? I thought you were allowed 3, I guess it depends on who you tell on! Freedom of speech, the only thing we have left.

Ok so I read some of the previous posts... Really people , a dead lawn and a garden hose? A Rim Job? Yeah you are so sharp witted! If anything is giving Red Bluff a bad name, it is the people who need to look into "Hooked on Phonics" or at least need to learn how to use spell check.
I agree. People post the stupidest things. Back to the topic, I'm glad I had my headlights worked on elsewhere. Got both of them worked on for a fair price. They now light symmetrically.

No a felon having guns is a felony. Just because you have been convicted of a crime does not make you a felon. I know both Gan and James. Thankfully I have never had them work on or bought a car from them. To those that have hope things work out for you all. And as for the garden hose go to walmart and get a new one for 5 buck and water your grass and stop whining.

I new Gann for years. It does not shock me what I am hearing on the posts. He has been in and out of jail back in the mid 80's for sex with under aged girls several times. The guy has always been a petty thief, liar, and con man. You people that have recently met him believe he is so smooth, and sweet. Hide your loose change, wallets, and purses. If you are a bartender, or server take your tips off the table. I have been around him too many times not to know that when it is about closing time he will walk around and throw a coat over the tip money left on tables and scoop it up. This piece of work would even try, and steal clothes from you while he was in your house. After reading all the posts, I was shocked that he hasn't been in prison all along. I just happened to fall on this site when I searched his name. Gann Gannon is more than just a scammer. This clown is a life long thief, and genually bad person.

This must be a common practise for car dealers in this town. When Red Bluff Auto Sales was Brothers they did the same thing to me and several other people. So much for trying to purchase vehicles locally. It's no wonder people leave Red Bluff to purchase their vehicles. Less chance of getting ripped off. Sad....
We got our car at a very good price and interest. Had to go to Sac for it. After reading here we decided Sac was the best place to get what we wanted for the best price. Hey folks its a long drive but it was certainly worth it!

Traded in a car at gan's and had my bank call me a few weeks later asking where my payment was, I talked to gan he said he would take care of it. A month later bank called back and asked where my payment was. Turns out that LOWLIFE made a car payment. By law a dealer must have a car paid off within 30 days of trade-in. He ended up claiming bankruptcy and the car got repoed from his lot and MY credit has been hit ever since because no law protecting me. The bank expected that i could make two car payments by myself. Not that easy. May he rot in prison.
This is the reason I don't do business in r.b. Many other reputable towns to shop in.
