What a GREAT little story! I had a tonsillectomy 2 years ago. I was 44. It was like travelling through a deep dark hole. I'll never forget those two weeks. There was so little support out there that I started a website to help adults recovering from tonsillectomy. Sorry- here's a plug... www.mybigfattonsillectomy.com people love it. With a live forum, patients can post questions, give tips, or just vent.

Anyway, thank you Doc. There is surprisingly little info available for adults struggling with the decision and/or recovery from T & A.

I'm 23 now, and had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in December.
It was the best decision I've ever made, and the pain was frustrating, but no worse than the nearly chronic strep throat I had. I was sick for 15 weeks, with maybe 1 healthy day per week.
The pain and doped feeling from the liquid vicodin were no worse than the 101 fevers I had from the strep.
I couldn't have made it through it without Greg's website!!

I have suffered with bad breath for about 9 years now. I spent a small fortune on bad breath cures. Nothing I tried seem to work even as it said it would. I read this site and think it is useful and gives me something to think about. In any case it is always helpful to just to have people writing about it. I did find this site Oraltech Labs & their advice helped me most, I’ve got a boyfriend now so I think its working, hope it helps you too. Kindest, Kathy Jones. NJ.

I have ordered prescription drugs (without a prescription) from ZTOPIX. COM about two years ago, and was pleased with the speed and quality of service.
I'm thinking of doing the same thing with my medication. The meds is expensive, but there is a generic version available overseas.
I love the idea of taking responsibility for my own health (or lack of health) and skipping the bureaucracy... to say nothing of having to drive to the doctor, wait in line, yet again, to get a prescription refilled.
