Are you an employee/or past employee of VLI? I would like to know the facts about Ms. Hayes when she was the CEO of VLI & why she moved to her current position...

Back again The above writer Buffalo and the concerned parents are right in recent months several of my co-workers at Southeast Works have been terminated were all terminations justified? The Participants don't understand this as they form relationships with the staff and it can be difficult for them. In closing i would like to see the Board of Directors at Southeast Works look into the above allegations from the folks in California and go from there. Remember people aren't always as they seem.

I think the parents should get together & write letters to the Board of Directors at Southeast & see what they come up with & maybe they will do some investigation of their own...because if all of this is true, we don't want a thief as our CEO of Southeast....

I really believe the board at Southeast Works should be made aware of the above comments from the Californians. They should launch an investigation of there own. Being that i am average joe worker my resources are limited. I have reached out to VLI but know one is willing or able to talk about this matter in regards to Ms Hayes. In my mind every time i see Ms Hayes i will have that suspicion did she do all that was mentioned in the previous comments while she was at VLI?

I work at Southeast & I am so surprised & shocked at some of the people that get "let go". There is something going on, that doesn't seem right... the truth will come out eventually.
Ms. Hayes is known to hire her grown adult children. Beware - she might have something under her sleeve. I would not trust Ms. Hayes! She is a jealous woman who thinks she is PERFECT, has the PERFECT life, PERFECT children, PERFECT car, home, etc! She is so desperate to get married! I am sure she is still trying to find the PERFECT man from online dating.

many people hire their children and along as they effectively do their job that is okay, many single women want to be married and will try online dating when they cannot find "mr right". BUT....there is never a good excuse for taking funds from a company and cannot be justified in any way. We don't care about her personal life as long as she can do her job performance. we DO care about her ethics and they seem to have come into question with Miss Hayes. We, collectively as a group will continue to seek out valid information and are willing to go forward with any facts or documentation we can review. If you can help us with this,,,,it would be greatly appreciated. Our children have been through enough and we will go to any length to protect them.

The number one concern we have about Ms Hayes is what she did do while in her position (CEO)at VLI. I am not interested in her Personal Life. Is she ethical or not? We owe it to our participants to have the best person (CEO)that is available and not settle for anything less. The Board of Directors at Southeast Works will be made aware about the above allegations and if they choose to sit on the information they are not the people that should be sitting on the board. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME.

Thank you friends in California for helping us to prevent what happened to you. thank you board of directors for listening and caring. We now must make amends to the people that were "injured" during the reign of miss Hayes. She underestimated the closeness and concern we all have for each other.

This will be my last comment in regards to Ms Hayes. I have a sense of pity and mercy for someone like Ms Hayes as we all want to earn, achieve advance in whatever we are doing in our vocations. We are entrusted by our employers to put in a honest days work for a honest days wage. Sometimes we lust for more and more and our greed takes over. We all do things in life and in our past we are not proud of. I believe in redemption and forgiveness. Ms Hayes has the right to work but just not to be the CEO of a company. I am hopeful that this experience at Southeast Works has possibly humbled Ms Hayes.

This experience won't humble her. She is a person who has to be in complete control and if you disagree or have a voice , you're done. I am sure every person that abruptly left were the strong people in your agency because she likes a "Stepford Wives" atmosphere that have the weak to afraid of standing up against her. those that left should be proud that they stood up for themselves and their beliefs,

You people should all be ashamed of yourselves! Especially the "man" who not only defamed and slandered a person based on here say, but an agency in general. Then, to have the audacity to leave your name and title? Hahaha! I hope you enjoyed your little soapbox because I'm sure your company, and coworkers will not want you around any longer! Not a single word in this forum has been backed up by any facts at all! The only thing that has been proven here is that Richard has poor grammar, and truly holds up to the shortened version of his name! I feel sorry for the people that he serves! How dare anyone go after someone else's career like that! Mission accomplished on your own employment suicide! I don't know the whole situation but it's very juvenile! Grow up people!!

Some people did need to be terminated, but I have worked at southeast for 8 years and I can tell you we had the best nursing staff ever and I can't believe nobody backed them up. Everybody still misses them and we will probably go back to the way it used to be and that would be AWFUL!!!!

I am a current employee and is willing to sacrifice my employment to get at the truth. I just have great concerns about this agency. Boards of companys don't always get all the facts before they make the decision when hiring the best candidate (ex.. James Williams former Superintendent Buffalo Public Schools) I personally want what is best for Southeast Works. Did Southeast Works make the right decision ? Time will tell.
No the comopany hire a crook and a thief. she is useless human bein poor excuse for a person.
