Wasn't Bergman the one who at a previous Council meeting said he didn't want to wait on the vote for the new City Hall because he already knew of the new Council support for it? But now when it comes to precluding him from being Mayor possibly, he wants to wait until Michael Higgins returns. How special. He couldn't wait to spend at least 2 million dollars of taxpayer money because he knows the incoming council will.
But when it possibly keeps him from becoming Mayor he has to create a roadblock. If he becomes Mayor again, I hope his new office in the refurbushed City Hall is the Men's Room. Then he doesn't have to go very far to flush our money down the toilet.

Candidates told the community if elected they would bring community together, I am laughing that residents got suckered into believing their rhetoric.
The Whittier Daily News reports, "Two weeks after an election that had council members saying they could all get along, evidence of discord erupted at Thursday's meeting."
Its appears Jane Williams was instructed to nominate Roy Francis so he would be in the helm when the Los Angeles District Attorney Public Intregity Unit knocks on City Halls door.
The Public Intregity Unit investigates city corruption and Brown Act violations. The City of La Habra Heights has a track record with the Public Intregity Unit. Its funny Stan Carroll was Mayor during the last investigation and now he ran scared and decided not to run again for City Council. Hiding will not let him off the hook. Its funny he thinks if he is not sitting on City Council he is safe.
Mr. Francis should decline being Mayor if nominated next month. Let Brian Bergman take the wheel and try to drive around the publicity of the cities DA investigation. Even better let puppets Jane Williams, Kyle Miller or Michael
Higgins be the next Mayor of La Habra Heights.
Jane Williams and the City Attorney scripted denial the Los Angeles District Attorney is not investigating was hilariously funny. I will laugh out loud when Jane Williams, City Council and the City Attorney finally admit they are being investigated.
A forensic independent audit will be loads of fun for the City Council, past City Council, ex City Attorney Sandra Levin, present City Attorney and the staff. Jane Williams should have kept quiet at the last city council meeting, because she is going to have to eat her words. She is over her head. She used to write biased news, now she will be in the news, very funny.
