Low Brow event! It needs to go away, when the contract expires or sooner. Hopefully environmental and public interests groups will have in banned. Perhaps even a class action lawsuit as a puplic health hazard.

The PD needs to set up DUI roadblocks at strategic points. The FD needs to monitor air samples.

Don't knock it. It's the only time we get a significant number of white men with money to agree to go to our downtown area who aren't walking in the middle of the street dressed like Madonna.
