I believe Chief Hadsell entered into a corrupt deal with the El Monte Courthouse.
Red light camera tickets used to go through West Covina Court House. But they got fed up.
Now, they're in El Monte. My friend did a Trial By Declaration, which usually gets you off one of them. And without explanation, the judge still found him guilty.
Chief Hadsell and Vijay Singhal - you got some splainin to do!

For the love of God, Paul, stop posting under multiple names. Here's your "friend":
And enjoy the bonus bits of racism in this -- "I asked a Jewish guy", ""You gotta like ribs. You're black."

And you should be worried about this: http://www.saccourt.ca.gov/local-rules/docs/g...
I've been a lawyer for 18 years and I have seen some egregious behavior from other lawyers (both opposing counsel and coworkers alike). But I have NEVER seen someone come out the gate with the level of unprofessional conduct that I have seem from you. Your parents should be mortified.
The funny thing? I don't fundamentally disagree with your cause. I just wish a non-mentally ill grownup was fighting for it.
