Gang member held in shooting of 9-year-old

Authorities in Arizona have arrested a second suspect in the Los Angeles gang-related shooting of a 9-year-old boy who was accidentally hit by the gunfire.

First of all of you people saying that it was black gang members, you don't even know because the matter of the fact is that the police don't even know yet. No one has been prosecuted in this case therefore you can't blame no one. The guy they caught he's innocent until proven guilty. And of course anyone that does shoot a little kid should get it, but we are not sure beyond a "reasonable doubt" who is responsible for this crime.
