I'm sorry Mati, Josh was a beautiful person, inside and out, lo siento.... I'll never forget the little adventures us 3 had, or how we met Josh!
**Please people, if u are the ones bitching about traffic, imagine a tragic accident happening to someone u knew and respected, or even loved. This place is for those who want to remember someone special.

it's unfortunate to see how speculative, negative, and out right ridiculous the inauspicious few whom have nothing better to do than droll around a blog and type blasphemy on the devastating loss so many of us have encountered. The self-consumed selfish American way I suppose, everything he wasn't. Joshua Joseph Ruiz is an outstanding man, uncle, brother, son and life-partner, who was capable, loving, and determined. If more people had even an ounce of his integrity and modesty - we would not live in this disintegrating society. Through his guidance, I have and will continue to achieve. His greatest passion and reason for life was to help others and for those of you with negativity in your hearts and with nothing better to do or say, you're only demonstrating disconnection with the human right. So do us all a favor and devole phlegmatic oafs and keep your "commentaries" to yourself so that the many who love Joshua in so many ways can reflect in peace.

Shine on my Crazy Diamond - Belly's always strong for you, feel her soft kisses in heaven my guiding light.

What ever happened to "Avoid the Cone Zone"? My childrens father was working in that enclosure that night, he could have been killed due to someone else's carelessness; thank God he is alive. I feel for the family who lost that night, though my children and I feel more uncomfortable about their dad leaving to work at night ever since this happened.
What ever happened in those last moments we will never know, but we were told that he swerved out of the way in order to avoid your loved one. In the final moments on his life he chose to loose his in order to save the life of your husband and others.

My understanding is that Joshua Ruiz had been at a bar in Ontario or Montclair on the tragic night. It is also my understanding that his co-workers are being investigated for any culpability in the accident, if there is any. I heard that one of his fellow employees from the Division of Juvenile Justice pressured him to attend the party at the bar in celebration of a wedding or something. Joshua reluctantly went to the gathering and this happened. What a waste.
You are an awful person. He was sober acording to the reports. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Hi Everyone,

I was one of Josh's students while he was a peer counselor, we became friends and maintained a friendship for a few years. Like a lot of things we lost touch, I am so deeply aching to hear of his passing. He helped me with many situations and I am sorry to reach out so many years later for those close to him but I need to say good bye... Would anyone be able to provide me information on where he was laid to rest?

I am sorry to have those of you close relive but I need to pay my respect to him.
I appreciate any information--thank you.
