James Hunley the carparker was kicked out of Baldwin Park and Irwindale for running an illegal business. Then he was arrested and convicted of a felony. Duarte and Azusa wouldn't let him into their cities. I guess they're the only smart ones around.

Only a dumbass would think he took breceda down. Last time I checked he's still on the council, still owns a very successful business, and still has the flashiest cars around. All the while you can't seem to afford to buy a bar of soap.

You will show him the way. Exactly how many years did you spend in prison? Why do you hide behind a self absorbed mockery of saying your a crime fighter. That is saying a past child molester is now a priest and I can trust him with my children.

Haha. Hunley is claiming he is a crime fighter. He has seen the world from behind the bars (both in jail and while drunk). He says he's going to the DA's office with "new evidence" but all he has that's new is his bottle of Jack Daniels. I drove by his house on may way to the hardware store and nothing but alcohol bottles in his trash. What a lush.

I heard Hunley was involved in a towing scam and went to jail for fraud. What credibility does he have? Fraud means he lies to someone so he could scam money out of them. Now, how can we trust what he says ?

James "Jim" Hunley who had a junk yard off of Shrode Street in Irwindale now goes by the name "CarParker".
Approximately nine years ago, the city Council, in an attempt to beautify the city and promote affordable housing ordered public domain on his property as his property had been in violations of public safety and city ordinances. CarParker was also a convicted fellon for his involvement in a scam with an illegal tow company. The council headed by Breceda at the time, saw the neglect Hunley exhibited in his property and continued path of illegal activities. Therefore, the derision was made to rid the community of a non desired element. The city proceeded in accordance with the law removed him from his property after numerous orders to rectify the illegal issues on his property. Now he fills his day with defamatory post of Breceda, Irwindale, Baldwin Park and anyone not in his camp. He continues to drain the community by making erroneous claims about such. He attacks Breceda's family members in an attempt to cause criticism to Breceda. His post are fictional accounts brought out using his imagination and uninformed vengeance. He seeks revenge on those whom he feels wronged him. His actions are not unlike that of a mad man on a killing spree. And like that madman, he will be the effect of his own demise.

CarParker also known as James Hunley. He lives in Duarte and had a business in Irwindale before he was kicked out for illegal practices. He worked for a company in Baldwin Park and while there, he was arrested and convicted of a FELONY! He now tries to poison us with his hated statements for which he has no proof other then newspaper articles. But as we all know, newspapers seldom get the correct story. I will not stand for this bully. He is a terrorist that needs to be told his bias is not welcome in our towns.

Some facts for you Rosy Breceda

Ex-Irwindale city manager pleads guilty to misappropriation of funds
July 14, 2011 | 5:10 pm
A retired Irwindale city manager pleaded guilty Thursday to misappropriating public funds to buy tickets to Broadway shows and baseball games and to dine at five-star restaurants along with other city officials during trips to New York to secure bonds for the city.
Steve Blancarte, 56, one of four Irwindale city officials charged last October, agreed to repay $5,303 in restitution and $5,000 in fines by Aug. 9, when he is set to be sentenced.
Deputy Dist. Atty. Susan Schwartz said if Blancarte pays by that date, the remaining four counts of misappropriation of public funds will be dismissed and he will be placed on three years' probation.
From 2001 to 2005, Blancarte; Councilman Mark Breceda, 51; finance director Abe De Dios, 66; and former Councilwoman Rosemary Ramirez, 49, took trips to New York to discuss city bonds.
Prosecutors allege that during each trip the officials bought tickets to Broadway shows and sporting events that had nothing to do with city business. Blancarte attended plays including “Wicked,”“The Producers,”“Phantom of the Opera” and “Mamma Mia,” along with Yankees and Mets games, Schwartz said.
Blancarte’s attorney, John Tyre, said his client decided to plead guilty for health reasons.“He has heart issues. This is going to take a long time ... and physically it was just very difficult for him,” Tyre said.
The other three Irwindale officials are fighting the charges.
According to the complaint, much of the tab was initially paid by financial consultants who submitted the expenses for reimbursement to the city. They were not itemized or fully detailed and were not discussed by the City Council.
The itinerary for a 2003 trip , for instance, included fewer than eight hours of scheduled meetings over six days but cost the affordable housing fund more than $37,000 for such expenses as chauffeured cars and breakfast, lunch and dinner at famous New York restaurants.
According to the itinerary, Breceda and other officials arrived Saturday and checked into the Ritz Carlton.
Sunday's agenda included brunch at the River Cafe, and an afternoon matinee of "Jackie Mason Laughing Room Only" followed by dinner at Atelier, a restaurant at the Ritz Carlton.
On Monday, officials met for a few hours with bankers and then lunched at Bouley Bakery and had dinner at Peter Luger Steakhouse.
The next day, they met with financiers but were done in time for lunch at Le Bernardin. Their afternoon was free, with plenty of time before going to "Phantom of the Opera."
The total cost of five trips to New York between 2001 and 2005 was $205,678, according to documents obtained by The Times.
More than $75,000 went for trips to discuss housing bonds and, according to one city official, was paid from the affordable housing fund.
Details of the Irwindale officials' trips were first published in the San Gabriel Valley Tribune in 2007. That and an anonymous complaint prompted the district attorney to open an investigation.

Hunley talks about how certain people committed no crime. when it is explained to him and the violation section is presented, he still claims there is no crime. Hunley has no clue to what the truth is. All he does is play to his own vengeance and he cares less for the public.
