Carlos you are right. Joe Rivera is a big do-nothing for the El Rancho Unified School District. I could not believe that he does not support the school police and school safety. He must live in la-la land believing his little world is happy and crime free. What a joke!!!! The problem is he listens to those outside forces that do not think school safety is crucial to the conducive learning of all students.
