I just purchase a chopper and 3 wheel trikes. The box came in good condition!!! Very impressed!!!!! I took that risk because I saw the items at a low cost. I asked them about the bad reviews and the representative Justin told me that they had fix all the problems and new freight system that damaged there items while shipping them out of state. If you do purchase ask for Justin Chow. He's the nicest guy and is very patient with me. I'm 52 years old. And I'm loving these vehicles!!!
thanks justin! hahhaha

If anybody buys anything from these scumbags after reading these reviews and complaints, he needs a brain transplant. This company should be shot down and those people who work there should be in jail for taking honest people's hard earned money. NOBODY should ever have to deal with shit like this. The hook and bait people with their cheap prices. But if you get a bad product and bad service, you got a bad deal no matter how "good" the price seemed.

This company will NEVER reimburse anyone or honor any warranty. Trust me ...the only way to beat them is to file a small claims against them and you MUST have a lot of patience. It took me over 13 months fighting through all the legal BS red tape to finally get my monies that were owed to me...they need to be driven out of business...if anyone reading this....OTHER THAN SUNNY SPORTS, INC. employee's or owners...respond to me by email and I can tell you all the steps needed to win your case against this fraudulent, rip-off company...
I won my case and the sleeze-bags ultimately had to pay me a lot more than if they had just originally honored their warranty and returned me my money back....

Received a piece of crap scooter about 4-5 months ago. First it was trying to start itself when connecting the batery. The tech dept. stated it should be the starter relay and said I should install it myself. Did so and it rode 4-5 times then died while riding it so obviously it came with that issue (carborator)as well. Eventually after trying a few things over the phone the tech dept said I should take off the carborator and send it in. With a new scooter I decided that was ridiculous and I wouldn't start dismantling my new scooter. Sales dept supervisor for scooter depoto is the sneakiest and most dishonest you know what I have ever dealt with. They will not cover any labor cost to fix it even after filing with the BBB. They claim they avoid the middle man and that's why they can sell them so cheap. That's a bunch of BS. They can sell them so cheap because people are making 5-10 cents an hour putting these pieces of crap together in China. I could go on and on however trust me avoid SunnySports/ Scooter Depot like the plaque. Horific customer service and they sell crap which they don't if it even care works upon arrival. STAY AWAY!!!!!

These swindlers will tel you nything to make a sale. 3 weeks ago I bought D_300D from scooterdepot.us for $3k. Was told by salesman that bike came with removable trunk. It did not. I was told he was wrong because he was new so was offered to purchase the trunk at cost. Website said free windshield upgrade with purchase. I got a solid black plastic nose guard. Does not extend past the handlebars. Was told that WAS the upgrade. After assembly, bike runs really rough, shakes and sounds horrible. Was told to adjust carb by 1 person and told that bikes are thoroughly tested before shipping by a 2nd and if there was a problem it was my fault not theirs. Was finally given option of sending back to them to repair on my dime - there and back- or I could pay local mechanic. I have been ignored, lied to, put on hold for long periods, hung up on and today was called stupid for wanting the bike I saw on the website because there is a disclaimer that not all parts shown come with bike. Wouldn't give me a chance to talk (just talked over me) and would not hear that my info came from the sales rep and not just the pic.$3k & 3 weeks later I still don't have any resolution & don't see one coming without an attorney. Sunny Sports Inc, scooterdepot.us, or whatever else they call themselves, are a professional group of crooks who will lie, cheat and steal. Then call you stupid when you call their bluff.

This store has done the ultimate scam on me and my husband. We purchased a 70 CC dirt bike for our 7 Yr old grandson from these people. Big, Huge, mistake. It was delivered in 4 day's coming from California to Kentucky I was impressed with that, but on its arrival the box had been bent and the bikes fender was broken. No biggie, we called they said another fender would be sent. Then gas was put into it and it leaked out the Carburetor, Bad, called them back. Said they would send a new Carburetor. People since Dec.6 a man named Jack, has lied to my husband and myself, as the items were not shipped. I sent an email, they replied items will be shipped today. Wasn't, I called spoke to Jack and a girl named Amy Barnes, they both said the items would be shipped that day. Then on another phone call a man named David as well as Jack and Amy, after me falling apart crying on the phone, said they would be shipped next day air, and Amy would call me in a few minutes to give me a tracking number. That was Tuesday December 19, she never called, they weren't shipped. A man named Henry in the parts dept said he hadn't received any thing on these items and that the staff working up front would lie, lie, lie but that he would send them out that day express delivery would get them tomorrow, well, that would be today, and when my husband called and spoke to Henry today, they had not been shipped. Turns out he lied too. We had also bought a video game system from them as well and it has not been sent either, but they said on all these occasions that it would be. They didn't hesitate to take our money, but can't deliver what they promise, and if you go their website, it says that customer satisfaction is their top priority! NOT! Not telling the truth is their number 1 priority! My grandson only wanted a dirt bike for Christmas and now he isn't getting one because of these terrible people that own/operate that sleazy company. So to you the consumer, if you are reading this and are looking to buy anything from this website www.scooterdepot.us . or the store itself Sunny Sports Inc Arrow Hwy Suite 1, in Irwindale Calif. please think again. I don't want anyone to have to go through what we have. And, I wouldn't disappoint a child for anything. I cry myself to sleep each night knowing that their people in our world that can get away with treating people this bad. Thanks for listening, and May you have a wonderful Christmas and New year! God bless you...
you must bear a human resemblance to diagnose a stuck carb float or needle valve(technology 100 years old)that simply required a tap on bowl at minimum or bowl disassembly at maximum.

if you are having difficulty diagnosing a stuck float or needle valve in carb bowl(which would cause fuel overflow)from turn of the century(1900 a.d.)technology you should revisit an elementary education.blaming sunny sports for your ineptitude to comprehend 120 year old technology doesnt promote sympathy from the general public.your inability to comprehend basic, rudimentary diagnostic skills for simple mechanical principles exemplifies todays trend towards a general public devoid of any ability to resolve problems.
