This store has done the ultimate scam on me and my husband. We purchased a 70 CC dirt bike for our 7 Yr old grandson from these people. Big, Huge, mistake. It was delivered in 4 day's coming from California to Kentucky I was impressed with that, but on its arrival the box had been bent and the bikes fender was broken. No biggie, we called they said another fender would be sent. Then gas was put into it and it leaked out the Carburetor, Bad, called them back. Said they would send a new Carburetor. People since Dec.6 a man named Jack, has lied to my husband and myself, as the items were not shipped. I sent an email, they replied items will be shipped today. Wasn't, I called spoke to Jack and a girl named Amy Barnes, they both said the items would be shipped that day. Then on another phone call a man named David as well as Jack and Amy, after me falling apart crying on the phone, said they would be shipped next day air, and Amy would call me in a few minutes to give me a tracking number. That was Tuesday December 19, she never called, they weren't shipped. A man named Henry in the parts dept said he hadn't received any thing on these items and that the staff working up front would lie, lie, lie but that he would send them out that day express delivery would get them tomorrow, well, that would be today, and when my husband called and spoke to Henry today, they had not been shipped. Turns out he lied too. We had also bought a video game system from them as well and it has not been sent either, but they said on all these occasions that it would be. They didn't hesitate to take our money, but can't deliver what they promise, and if you go their website, it says that customer satisfaction is their top priority! NOT! Not telling the truth is their number 1 priority! My grandson only wanted a dirt bike for Christmas and now he isn't getting one because of these terrible people that own/operate that sleazy company. So to you the consumer, if you are reading this and are looking to buy anything from this website www.scooterdepot.us . or the store itself Sunny Sports Inc Arrow Hwy Suite 1, in Irwindale Calif. please think again. I don't want anyone to have to go through what we have. And, I wouldn't disappoint a child for anything. I cry myself to sleep each night knowing that their people in our world that can get away with treating people this bad. Thanks for listening, and May you have a wonderful Christmas and New year! This store has done me wrong.They said they would deliver my west coast chopper bike in 6 days and all they did was take my money. All 379.90 dolars of it. They dont know what they are doing and have no idea that a employee confirm my order. Please do not buy from this company. I'm still waiting and trying to figure out how to shut them down. my grandson was very dissappionted christmas eve and no bike . thank you for listening. Glennadene Hayes

I just want to say that I am sorry for what you have gone through. I have had them to redeem just in time for Cameron to get his bike. Oh! Was he happy! The course of action that I took was through the credit card company that I used. I told them what had happened and how they would promise but only lie and they told me they would freeze the payment to the company until I got what I paid for. The box they sent to us looked like a 2 year old had packaged it, but it did arrive with the fenders (though Used) and a game system that had been purchased at the same time as the bike. No, these three people don't have a clue,(Jack, David and Amy) about doing business. At no time tid they even tell the parts dept. about my problem, my husband spoke to someone named Henry and he was the one that said the workers up front lie to everyone! He sent us the fender and carburetor that we had asked for 3 weeks before! Their website should be taken off the web, because very little of its contents are true. I would love to know the owner/owner's of this place. I sure hope its not any of the first three I dealt with! Hope you get results. Happy New Year, and stay safe and Healthy! If you read what I wrote to Glennadene about using my credit card company for help, you might get some relief from the credit card company you used. Its for sure you can't get anything by calling or emailing these people. What got me was they don't even send a confirmation email showing that I made a purchase, but they did call me on the phone shortly after placing the order to make sure I had ordered the bike. Looking back, maybe they have done people so wrong that they started getting false purchases from people trying to get even with them. diana tyvm for the responce ,,, again i wish we can all get together and prove that company wrong ,...ive bought a foue wheeler for my son for christmas,,,,from the first day i ordered it ..let the nightmares begin not only did did they want to get our money they siezed my account week and half before christmas ..... over charged me dave did but he did make matter better thats to cover his own buttt! secondly we pay for shipping and we have to unload it ourselfs hmmm ! should they get the pay or should we? 3 of all no instructions were added hmm called again all lies no call no nothing......when we call they pick up the phone and hang right up on us ,,,,hmmmmmm seems fishy now ,,,, then here lies a four wheeler that doesnt run ,,,x mas came and gone now .... still cant ride! call actully answer henery the parts man was straight up ...the only person that does honestly tells the truth about thr reputation up at the front desk..... henry was supost to send a new carberator but again it was the wrong one guess if not try another one i think thats how it goes .... isnt there still a lemon law in affect or something we can do beside find more people like us to fall in that catagory again wheres the laws????? all lies this company is and im sorry i ever seen them on the internet ..and greatly sorry for all the other as well...sorry people but its the truth.....help us please!!!!!!!!

I would like to say a few things on this matter,Of course this all happened before i discovered this information. I ordered 2 dirt bikes for my boys birthdays thought i'd ordered them in plenty of time for this special occasion, well i sent out a personal check for these bikes on dec 29th that was certified and by jan10,I'm at least thinking i should have gotten a reciept,so i called scooter depot and spoke with a man that had no knowledge of this check after lookin up the confrimation number only to discover that it was still at the post office, well they said they'd go pick it up and get the bikes right out.well 2 weeks go by and i was copied off the reciept for the tracking number and the very same day i get a call from sunny sports Amy Barnes whom had just become the new owner of scooter depot a/k/a new star marketing group a/k/a sunny sports,and Amy was sending my check back to me so i could send "only" a cashiers check for the bikes. well i've been holding this check for a week now and just decided to look on here to see if there were good things said about this company, Well I'll have to say the good lord was making sure i used this $1259.00 wisely and thank god I ran across this sight .Thanks alot!!!

Dear Strathroy,
I don't feel that this is the right place to get that information. This is only about people that had a bad experience trying to purchase a bike through this company and was treated wrong.
You and you parents should be talking to bike enthusiast I will say that the bike we bought for our grandson was a 110 and he is 7 year old. We are making sure he rides carefully before we allow him the privilege of being on his own. It will be quite awhile before that happens too I might add.
Sorry not to be able to help you more, but it is something you and parents need to work out together. And, you should be able to get a good bike for less that 1.100. God speed and good luck.

My wife and myself bought a 50cc 4 stroke from Sunny Sports back on the 14th of November 2006. The bike did arrive in good working order. We got my 5 year old daughter full gear and everything from gloves to helmet for her new bike. She was enjoying it so much and would ride that thing from sun up to sun down. We started to see problems with the training wheels that was on it. It started losing the bolts that hold it together. I put new bolts in with some lock tight and that solved the problem. Then the brackets for the kick stand and training wheels started to snap. So I fixed that all together. Now the issue is the throttle cable from the twist throttle on the handle snapped in two places. My wife has been constantly calling the company at 888-839-7088 and talking to people left and right about getting a new cable. They keep promising a new one to arrive with the new throttle housing. This has been going on since the 30th when it broke on my daughter while she was riding it. My daughter was in tears when it broke. Everyday she goes out and looks at the bike asking if it is fixed. I called the company on the 2nd and talked to a man by the name of FAUSTO. He said it would be shipped out next week. I asked for the address it was going to be shipped to and he could not bring up the address, his excuse was that the computers were down. I told him that it is imperative that the parts get shipped out or legal sanctions will be put on the company. Today on 07Mar2007, I called the company and talked to Jack. He said that FAUSTO the, "Only guy who works in parts", kind of hard to do in a huge company, is not in today. This is becoming an ongoing issue with Sunny Sports. Jack on the other hand told me my invoice number and address for the 50CC bike we bought, but didn't see anything else with parts being shipped out to that address. We also gave me the company's address which is 15705 Arrow Hwy, Suite 1, Irwindale, CA 91706. This situation is getting on my last nerve and I with all that would like to put some sort of legal sanctions on this company.

I feel all your pain. I was unfortunate to have bought a few bikes from that company. I live close by and have been to the wharehouse many times for parts and for them to fix my bike. Amy is by far the worst of the bunch. She has a horrible temper and does not take any notes or writes down any information if you call her.She is not organized what so ever. She is very quick to take your money though. Henry the parts person did not know anything about bikes, he would also not write anything down. He no longer works there. Fausto is by far the best person that company has.He has twenty years experience working on bikes. I would only deal with him if possible..I have even called the manufacture company and they are clueless to what they are selling let alone what kind of part you want.Bottom line stay far away from this company unless you live close by to pressure them to fix your toys.

Good news, the company finally sent out the throttle cable and throttle housing. We received the part on Friday, 16MAR2007. I was amazed that the box will actually showed up and if it did, would it be empty. I have talked to a person by the name of Matthew and Fausto. They have received the parts that I needed and sent out the parts. The next question is that, can I trust the company to buy from them again. That decision will come if needed. I ask all of you to use good judgement buying with this company and I would greatly consider buying from a local company and make sure that company can fix bikes if necessary on location.

I have recenly purchased a bike, spent $1600. Had problems ever since. I just recenly shipped my motor to them, becuase the motor is beyond repairs. I only had 700 miles on the bike. These people are idoits. FAUSTO is an idiot, along with anyone else that works there. They seem to have a high turn over for employees working there. I just keep calling everyday. And things will work out, just keep calling every day. They will get tired of you calling and finilay deal with your problems. But you must be nice during all phone calls. Hope this helps, I should be expecting my new motor shipped to me soon. I have only called them 8 times within the past 12 days. But I have called them many more times prior to my motor going bad. I am think about getting my money back soon. There are laws that can help "lemon law"

We had similar problems with this company. They first shipped it to the wrong address (so they said). Yet we kept investigating with lots of phone calls, unkept promises until we finally received the dirt bike. Just in time for Christmas, we were unsatisfied, broken fender ect., yet it was to late to do anything about it and I could not disappoint my 7 year old on Christmas Day. Since then gas also leaks from the carberator, and the clutch shoe and spring has broken. Instead of fooling with this unhonest bunch of people I have been dealing with another honest local shop. Please consider paying a few more dollars for a reliable bike from a local dealer. I wish I would have before I put my trust in this company.

I trully hope you get the parts for your grandsons bike and I would have sent the bike back to them as soon as the carb on the bike was leaking gas! They should have a warranty in place? We do 1 year warranty! go the extra mile and blow the your horn on them! We here on this side of canada carry all parts full service never any conjobs. good luck.

only way to deal with these freaks/thieves is by Banks or Credit Card fraud units! Contact them,dispute the debit or authorization,and you should get your money back. Good Luck
