Worst Taxi Service in Austin! Don't waste your time with this company. They are not up front about granting their online reservation discounts. They showed up the night before to pick me up. The next night they picked me up at the requested drop off time making me 45 minutes late to my engagement. On the return trip back the driver told me it would take him thirty minutes to pick me up after calling him and he finally showed up an hour and half later. I gave up after an hour after waiting outside in near freezing weather at 1am in the morning and took a Yellow Cab home instead which took them less than ten minutes to pick me up. I then emailed Joshua the Online Department Manager about my concerns and he basically told me I should have waited for the cab and not take a competing cab home even when my driver did not answer my three attempts asking for an updated ETA. Joshua denied my request for a refund to make the situation right and encouraged me to write the negative reviews. Joshua even went as far as providing me the links of all major review services and he did it with a very negative tone in his communication. So here I am.
I wanted to warn everyone about this company as their customer service is terrible and all they care about is collecting their fares and they could care less about following instructions and being professional.
Stick with the pros and go with Yellow Cab as they are much bigger and far more professional.
