Why do we needa government agency to investigate an ammonia leak. It was an accident--if it had been intentional, then the police should investigate it.
So an accident happened, people got sick, but they were treated. Workers comp paid for it. Move on. Nothing to see here. Instead our nanny state government needs to step in ad employ a bunch of people to tell you what I just told you: ammonia accidentally leaked. No wonder our taxes are so high. |

It seems to me that it would be good to have an independent investigation by OSHA to determine whether the company exposed workers to risk by taking shortcuts and whether all regulations were followed.
