Melanie Funk also stated in a Village communication that anyone who shovels their driveway into the street could be held liable if someone's vehicle were to slip on it. What? I'd like to see that hold up in court. How did the village decide to make this woman president when she clearly doesn't understand simple law?
Good luck Oakwood Hills.
