Nothing to see here, folks. Please move along.
Nothing to see here? You mean except the post that 1) you read and 2) then responded to?

Are you inbred or did you just eat a steady diet of lead paint chips as a child?

Don't make me show everyone the pictures of your family reunions at Walmart!

As for why Reagan was a MENACE, I already posted 30-plus reasons in an earlier post that you, no doubt, would also struggle through.

But I'll do it AGAIN - just for you loudmouth ...

Here's the REALLY LONG list again!

Reagan was a "Great Communicator" who repeatedly "couldn't recall" the inconvenient truths about his presidency when put under oath - a pattern started when he was president of SAG;

just like Dubya, Ronnie EXPLODED the national debt during his time in office - hey, it's what "conservative" Republicans DO!

he officially turned this nation into a debtor nation and accumulated the greatest budget deficits in U.S. history;

committed treason when he negotiated with the enemy (Iranian terrorists) to free hostages behind President Carter's back;

he somehow got total credit for taking out the USSR despite having the help of 4 DECADES of invasive policies that preceded him into office and despite the USSR falling 3 years after he LEFT office;

felt that our nation's homeless were homeless by "choice";

he pushed his legacy of "trickle-down/voodoo " economic policies that we're still paying for today. His supply-side economics contributed to the greatest disparity between wealth and poverty since the Depression as it "redistributed wealth" from working people to the rich. For 20 years, under Reagan and the Bushes, the national debt increased compared to GDP every single year. In most other years it decreased. Newsflash: Twenty years in a row is only an "accident" if you're a repuke!

deregulated big business, reduced economic oversight and did away with usury laws so the banks could make a killing in interest and fees off of the backs of the working class:

he presided over "Black Monday," on Oct. 19, 1987 - the largest one-day percentage decline in recorded stock market history;

legalized 2.8 million undocumented workers ... many of whom were committing felonies in order to remain here illegally;

had to stick his nose in and support the Christian side of the Lebanese Civil War which led to the bombing of the marine barracks in Beirut;

then Ronnie emboldened Hezbollah and future terrorists (Osama called U.S. Marines "paper tigers" in 1998) after he CUT AND RAN under the cover of darkness after 241 American servicemen got blown apart in the Beirut bombing - and Fox News morons are complaining about the death of FOUR people via Benghazi?;

he believed that finding Gadhafi's baby's room with a missile 2 1/2 years later somehow made up for the above;

had to be schooled by the CIA on the USSR via 7 short documentary-style films that would put a 6th grader to sleep
(“The Soviet Space Program,”“Afghanistan: the Gallant Struggle,”“Andropov Succession,”“Soviet Internal Propaganda,”“The Soviet Media’s Portrayal of America,”“The Chernobyl Accident,” and “The Moscow Summit”)

had U.S. intelligence analysts purged when they refused to bend to his "feel good" propaganda demands and treated skeptics as if they were un-American defeatists who - in Jeane Kirkpatrick's memorable attack line - would "blame America first";

exploded the number of poor during his watch;

declared war on labor and gutted workers rights; http://www.dickmeister.com/id89.html

he enhanced the increasingly futile and asinine war on drugs;

cut school funding while championing a USDA movement to reclassify ketchup and pickle relish from condiments to vegetables - too bad he can't be reclassified as a vegetable himself!

CONTINUED ....

Ronnie catastrophically lowered taxes in 1981 which created debt so large that he had to RAISE taxes each of the next six years;

he repeatedly RAISED taxes on people who were making increasingly less and less in wages while giving corporate welfare away to the rich;

signed the single largest tax increase EVER into law;

he started the flood of companies leaving this country when he made it profitable to leave by giving them tax breaks on their relocation expenses and allowed them to not have to claim profits if they were held overseas;

based on the Bureau of Labor Statistics, had annual job growth of 2.1%(Democrat Johnson had 3.8%, Carter 3.1, Clinton 2.4, and Kennedy 2.3);

expanded the govt by around 90%;

effectively killed the Fairness Doctrine, choosing to stop enforcing it in 1987. When Congress voted to reinstate the doctrine with the force of law, Reagan used his veto pen in a move that would clear the way for the rise of right-wing talk radio and Roger Ailes' Fox News network.

helped to kill the electric car mandates by the state of California that effectively killed the electric car;

he reversed most the ALTERNATIVE FUELS initiative that Carter set up to ensure that we could wean off our reliance on oil;

pushed for the same free trade/"global economy" policies that are costing us millions of higher paying jobs;

cut funding for the nation's mental institutions and threw tens of thousands of the mentally ill onto the streets;

he chronically under-funded AIDS research because he prioritized kissing the religious, homophobic, conservative a*s*s of Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell;

imposed brutal trade sanctions on Nicaragua;

helped the Khmer Rouge terrorize Thailand;

funded the murderous brutal Contras;

called Ferdinand Marcos of the Philippines a "champion of freedom and democracy" while Marcos shot civilians dead in the streets, closed churches, and looted the country's treasury of billions;

he sold missiles to a present enemy in Iran via Iran/Contra and gave political, financial and military support to a future one in Saddam Hussein;

trained Osama bin Laden and his fellow muhujadeen because Ronnie never met a terrorist (who he called a "freedom fighter") that he didn't like as long as he was anti-commie;

and had arguably the most corrupt administrations EVER - with more people leaving his service under indictment, criminal investigation and under a cloud of suspicion than any other administration in history.

Yep! Other than ALL THAT ... Reagan was just GREAT wasn't he?

Reagan was a menace and the best thing that POS ever did for his country was die!

Now you see what I just did there? I just backed up my point by BURYING YOU in them.

If you have anything else to say to me ... please do!

Because I'll continue to pound you down into nothing more than ... what was the term you used?... a "stain" on the library chair you post from.

Like reagan said you post under about 10 different names, just so you feel you have support. I would actually like the gays better than you. They atleast aren't self centered. They tell it like it is. They tell the truth and not bull shit like you try to spread.

You never come back with facts, only insults. I am beginning to think you have no money, or job. Never served time in the service, like me and a few others on here. Just a worthless troll that wants attention. Going from your moms house to the library to post at different I.P.A.
You should really grow up and get a pair.
When you just reply with insults and no facts it really shows how dumb you really are.

I am republican all of the time. But I think people have the right to choose. Birth control...same sex union......more.
Not fond of the health care law but we need something to fix the broken system we had. I supply health insurance for my family and those that work for me. Trust me the system was broke and it's not much better now. It needs to totally be redone from top to bottom. Last time I checked, it wasn't the gov. running you health care it was insurance companies and hospitals and drs.

So don't get all butt hurt. If you think your smart enough. Reply with facts not insults.

The Idiot In Chief His Top Ten Democratic Follies

1. Healthcare
Obama’s quest for socialized medicine gave Congress the go-ahead to produce nightmarish healthcare legislation.

2. Deficits
His reckless spending programs are causing massive deficits that endanger the nation’s future economy.

3. Terrorism
From closing Gitmo to holding terror trials in New York, Obama has shown he just doesn’t understand the threat of terrorism to the United States.

4. Energy policy
From the ill-advised cap-and-trade bill to the fiasco at Copenhagen, Obama’s energy policy will cost Americans more money for energy while U.S. energy resources are left untapped.

5. Iran
Obama’s hands-off approach during the Iranian election protests was a missed opportunity to support opposition to the Tehran thugs.

6. Stimulus
The $787 billion stimulus package was a waste of money and created few if any jobs.

7. Appointments
From green jobs czar Van Jones and science advisor John Holdren to Atty. Gen. Eric Holder, Labor Secretary Hilda Solis and safe schools czar Kevin Jennings, Obama filled his administration with left-wing zealots.

8. Missile Defense
The President left our allies out to dry while gaining nothing by giving up the missile-defense system in Eastern Europe.

9. Apologies
His constant apologizing for America’s past has been an embarrassment to Americans.

10. Partisanship
Despite his claim that his presidency would usher in a new era of
bi-partisanship, it has been business as usual in Washington.

Despite Barack Obama’s view that his presidency would repair relations with the Muslim world, America’s standing on the Arab street has never been lower.
1. Egypt policy
The administration has been consistently one-step behind events in crafting an Egypt policy. The White House’s initial backing of President Hosni Mubarak lost any support it might have gained from the crowds in Tahrir Square. Then the United States shocked its Mideast allies by pulling support from the Egyptian leader. The United States is now faced with a hostile regime in Cairo, where a Muslim Brotherhood-headed government could hardly be bothered to act when a mob tried to overrun the U.S. embassy.
2. Iran nuclear program
During his 2008 campaign, Obama posited that the Iranian leadership was bellicose mostly in reaction to misguided policies of the Bush administration. Unlike his predecessor, he would be willing to sit down and talk with the mullahs, confident that his powers of persuasion would convince them to lay down their nuclear ambitions. Four years later, Obama seems has been more concerned about cutting back our nuclear arsenal than trying to stop Tehran.
3. Diplomatic security
How could a U.S. ambassador be at an unsecured consulate in a hostile location in the Arab world on the anniversary of September 11? Christopher Stevens’ murder by a terror mob need could have been avoided if the U.S. heeded the warnings that violence was afoot. The State Department had even issued a travel alert to Americans about going to Libya, yet the consulate had minimal security.
4. Libya explanation
Long after the entire world knew that the strike on the Libyan consulate was a terrorist attack, the Obama administration continued its laughable explanation that the assault was solely the result of a spontaneous mob enraged by an anti-Islamic film. As Sen. John McCain pointed out, protesters don’t usually bring rocket-propelled grenades to a political rally.
5. Disdain for Israel
The one ally the United States could always count on in the Middle East—Israel—has consistently gotten the shaft from the White House. Obama has shown nothing if not disdain for the Jewish state, at one point offending Israeli officials by urging a return to 1967 borders. Now Obama can’t even find time in his schedule for a face-to-face meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
6. Leading from behind in Libya
Hillary Clinton asked,“How can this happen in a country we helped to liberate?” when the U.S. ambassador was murdered. The answer goes back to the method of liberation—Obama’s sanctioning of NATO air strikes. Little regard was given to the make-up of the rebels that finally steamed-rolled to victory who are vying for power.
7. Iran protests
Before the Arab Spring, there were the Iranian protests of 2009, where any assistance from Washington, could have helped to tip the balance of power away from the hard-line Islamist leaders. Instead, Obama was still convinced of his own power to sweet-talk Ahmadinejad and he left the nascent democracy movement out to dry.

8. Syria muddle
That the Syrian uprising has turned into a crisis reminiscent of the Cold War, with Russia and China teaming against the West to support the Assad regime, is a sign that Obama’s “reset” with the Kremlin is headed to the dustbin of history. The Obama administration truly is leading from behind in Syria, with no real strategy to influence the outcome, deal with its aftermath or, mostly importantly, advance U.S. interests.
9. Hurt sensibilities
After the U.S. Embassy in Cairo was breached by an unruly mob, the diplomatic staff put out a statement condemning “the continuing efforts by misguided individuals to hurt the religious feelings of Muslims”—referring to the anti-Muslim film the crowd was protesting. While Obama later distanced himself from the statement, it is not surprising that an embassy under his watch would offer such drivel, as the placating of Muslims seems to be engrained in the administration’s DNA.
10. Cairo hubris
The hubris of Barack Obama is astonishing. Who else would actually believe that a speech to the Arab world would somehow persuade Muslims everywhere to set aside their hatred of America? Yet Obama’s key strategic initiative in the Middle East was going to Cairo in June 2009, where he sought a “new beginning” with Islam. The speech seems almost quaint today, talking about his own common bond to the faith during his childhood in Indonesia, where now mobs are burning him in effigy.

Calling someone a liar is a serious accusation. This is why, aside from the unwritten contract allowing for mutual prevarication, politicians are so reluctant to do it. And not just anyone is a liar. Legend has it that our first president said, "I cannot tell a lie," but, being only human, G.W. no doubt could and certainly did, at some point. A liar, however, is someone who lives and breathes the lie; someone who specializes in the art of artifice; someone to whom lying is his first recourse, not his last. Such a man is Barack Obama.
In four years, Obama has gone from "change you can believe in" to a man you simply cannot believe. And it's not just Benghazi-gate, although that's a good place to start. With the recently revealed emails showing that the White House was told a mere two hours after the attack that it was a terrorist act, no reasonable person can still conclude that the Obama administration was honest in its aftermath. And the claim that the violence was sparked by some anti-Islamic film wasn't just a lie - it was a liar's lie.

Way to admit defeat by dodging EVERY SINGLE ONE of my points on Reagan there!

And weren't you complaining about other people "cutting and pasting" in post #4942? Then why did you just cut and paste EVERYTHING in those last few posts DIRECTLY from the following two sources, hypocrite?

http://www.humanevents.com/2010/01/27/top-10-...

http://www.humanevents.com/2012/09/29/top-10-...

Can't you formulate your own responses? I guess you lose that when you watch Fox news eh?

I'll just re-post what I said way back in #1278 in response to your following drivel in post #1215:

"Illiteracy appears to to be your strong suite let me help over estimated is two words I could go on but it would be pointless your grammar is horrific."

Did you ever figure out that:

1) The word "overesitmated" isn't two words - that it's ONE word you illiterate jackass?

http://www.thefreedictionary.com/overestimate

2) Or that it's strong SUIT ... not strong "suite" you illiterate jackass?

3) Or that your ENTIRE POST is one whole run-on sentence you illiterate jackass?

Well? Did you?

I'm still waiting for an answer here ... since April!

How much more time do you need?

I'd be REALLY embarrassed if I were you! Calling people illiterate when your post is riddled with mistakes? And then trying to call me out on a mistake that it turns out was correct ... because you have the IQ of afterbirth?

OUCH!

And since you never answered those questions there, I'll just KEEP POSTING IT to you ... over and over ... until you answer them you illiterate jackass.

Get the pattern?
