I never saw myself as a follower.
In fact i'm a true one of a kind. Nobody on here is like me.
If you read all of my posts you would have known that.
Besides you how many people are out walking down the middle of the road as compared to those driving drunk ?
I've yet to see a single person walking down the middle of the road in over 40 yrs of driving.
But i've sure seen plenty of drunk drivers.
Anyway since you don't make much sense there is no point in posting back and forth with you.
See you shot your mouth off again without knowing what your talking about. That is what everyone expects of you because you chime in with bullsh** and my guess is thats easy for becaus your so full of that.
Makes no sense

Thank you Seymore. Did you also know that david KILLED a man while DRIVING DRUNK,ON PAIN MEDS and TEXTING all at the same time. You are right about him and his resturant. BOYCOTT david's bistro!
Good God man, you have just responded to a post that is almost FOUR YEARS OLD. Have you no life? You need to get help for your anger. The world does not revolve around your anger and perception of reality. Unless you were a juror, you know squat.

As many have said to you before, move on, and while you are at it, see a mental health practitioner. Your obsession with this is not good for you.

Love David's Bistro! The food and service are above par. Can't wait to go back. David is doing a great job moving on and paying for his mistakes. Some people grow up, accept responsibility for their mistakes and are better for it. Others just wallow in their own self pity and post on Topix about it.

Not to encourage Jail Maish, but I also think Dave Maish got off way too easy. Just focusing on the pain killers, sure, that's legal. The issue is he was on pain killers, legally drunk, and texting/receiving data on his phone. Should people walk down the middle of the road? No. But, that's exactly why you shouldn't drive while impaired. Because you never know, and your reaction times are slowed.

We have laws for a reason. I wish the courts would enforce them. No one will ever convince me to have any sympathy whatsoever for a drunk driver.

I understand your opinion that the sentence should have been harsher. I do know that his sentence wasn't a walk in the park either, and the family members of the victim had a voice in his sentence.

I do not believe someone needs to be punished for the rest of their lives for something they have paid dearly for. Mr Maish is completing his sentence as required. He deserves our support. I for one and happy to give it. Love that place!

Not buying into it.
Paid dearly would be if he had done serious jail time which he has not.
The family that was left behind by his victim are the ones who deserve support.
I notice no one ever wants to talk about them except to say they forgiven the killer.
Forgiveness is something that Christian do but don't confuse that as justice.
I too can forgive David and still believe he belongs behind bars.

I think you are dead wrong, but I'm too hungry to discuss further. You don't listen to reason anyway. Heading to the Bistro!:)

When I start to type about a AS* who seems to think that "ANY" of us care what you have to say I get excited. To further that it's even more fun for me when the person who spouts off about a subject is so uninformed it shows how big of a AS* he (or she ) is. furor peoticus.

Is this AS kinda like Bill Clinton's IS
where you have to define what IS is ?
Seriously do you really want to talk gutter on a family forum ?
Your kind of scum isn't worth my time.
Come back when you grow up and can talk like an adult.
Kids on here talk more mature then you do.

Ha ha ha, you must eat by yourself a lot. In fact, I'm sure of it. Who would want to share a meal with a self-righteous ass like yourself? Thank you from all of us diners for staying home!

I actually agree.
I too wish posters would stick to posting about the thread's subject matter rather then trying to take cheap shots at another poster.

Now as for the threads real topic i think it boils down to drunk driving and how dangerous it is.
We need to enforce the laws to the max regardless of who the drunk is.
The fact that it happens to be a guy named David whom many in here like is not the point.
I agree with you its not really about David and his drunken problem.
Its really about putting drunks like David in jail for a long time.
Gee thanks for finally seeing it my way.

Wrong again you poor poor lonely man. The issue is yours and yours alone. It is plain for all to see you have major issues you are trying to mask. Poor you. We all feel sorry for you. Its sad to think you have to live with that much anger inside. You should really seek professional help. Maybe you and jailmaish could get a two for one deal.

Ahhhhhhh: The topic of the thread is a new French bistro opening in Antioch.

You two pontificators sound like a vigilante committee. If I were Mr. Maish, I would bee seeking discovery of who you are and a restraining order against "jailmaish". Your obsession with this issue is troubling. And you "Mystery Man" are simply banal.

Case closed. By a legal professional called a judge about 18 months ago. But I will say it is nice to know that the two of you are perfect in every way. How wonderful you are in your own minds.

WOW post # 148 and post #149
back to back post only about me.
Now that shows you are obsessed about me and not about any topic.
You seriously need help if all you have in your life is to attack posters over and over again in a public forum.
At the very least you should learn that this is a topic forum not a blog for personal attacks.

You need to read post #147
Its not about David.
Its about drunks who kill people by driving drunk. David just happens to be one of them.
I'm all about issues like stopping drunks and making them responsible by losing their license for driving drunk or jail time if they killed someone.
My aim is to save lives.

You on the other hand never posts about issues.
All you post about is one person me.
That is the true definition of obsession.
People like you obsession about PEOPLE not issues to the point of harming others.
The news are full of guys like you who obsess about people and harm people
I deplore you to seek real help before you harm someone.
