[worst service ever]

i tried this company a week ago it was the worst service i ever had this woman named erika i think the owner brang a bunch of spanish people with no papers in my house i asked if i could see their passports erika told me they don't need papers to work for her i have reported her stay away from this one people she burnt my carpet i coulndt beleave it and she states she has insurance but when i asked for the info she refused to give it to me piss poor service

we never been working for this person, we only service MD,VA, DC we do not have service in West Virginia, some people probable try to damage my business,but we been in business for over 6 years doing the best cleaning service in the area,

DO NOT USE!
I made my appointment two weeks early. Their person told me they would be at my house between 10 and 11. On the day, they called me at 9:15 to let me know they were sitting in front of my house but no one was answering the door. I told them that was because my appt. was between 10 and 11 but I could try to be home in 20 minutes. Twenty minutes later, they called and said they were leaving as I was about three mintes from my house. I called back to let them know I would be there shortly. No one answered. I called four times! When they finally called me back, they told me they left since I wasn't there in 20 minutes like I said. I explained to the person that my original appt. was for 10:00 (during the conversation it was 9:53) and since it was not 10:00 yet, I didn't understand how they could leave.
The person was very nasty and told me I shouled have been there in 20 minutes like I said. I asked her if she realized my appt time was 10:00 she said she did but since I wasn't home in 20 minutes they left. AND she said they would not be able to come back during my originally schedule time!! She was rude and nasty. I WOULD NOT use them!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
