After setting up my appointment with Premier they cancelled on me twice. After telling them I would find another service they offered me 15% if I would give them another chance. The Tuesday of the appointment a gentleman called and said he was running half hour behind. Come to find out he must have been running four hours behind. When he arrived he never apologized for being so late. He said the customer before him was old and loney. He then stated that he couldnt get his work done from her talking to him. I was stunned I couldnt say anything in response. I couldnt believe what he said. HIs very next words was weres your problem, with an attitude. The only reason I didnt kick him out them was I had company going the next day and I needed the leak fixed asap. After fixing my problem he left and had the bill. No thank you or anything. I called the office the next day to tell them about my experience I lady I spoke to said (this is her word for word) "I guess hes not a people person"
