Commitment to excellence? Not at Nalley Honda Brunswick! Their website service department boasts that their "highly qualified technicians are here to provide exceptional service" and asks that they allow their staff to demonstrate their "commitment to excellence." What a joke! My boyfriend and I were visiting beautiful Georgia on a short get away from the snow in New York and ran into car trouble in Brunswick. Nalley Honda's client representative, Melondy Hargett, told us we needed a new brake line (and several other repairs coming to about $900.00)-even though we told them the brakes seemed fine. They insisted the steam (actually coming from a leak in the thermostat housing -we found out after the trip) was from brake fluid leaking onto the manifold -posing a serious problem should we continue to drive the car. Being so far from home and having very limited time, and resources we felt we had no choice but to believe them. Our trip was ruined as we waited for the parts to come in and the work to be done. Nalley loaned us a ridiculous 15 passenger van for one of the two days we were there. After our return to upstate New York, we had the car serviced and had Nalley's work checked. There were no new parts or brakes lines on the car! The car has the original 2004 factory parts! Client representative, Melondy Hargett and general manager Britt Gilmore certainly did not live up to their website claims of a commitment to excellence!

I'm not sure how the response got put on, but I can assure you I would never speak to you or anyone else in that manner.
I have reached out to topix and ask that they send me the adress from which this rediculous response was sent from.
I am sorry you all had trouble and that our service was not satisfactory to you.

Bought new Honda CRV from Nalley in April 2005 and it was a 1st class experience with salesman, Lou Barth!
Although I live in St Marys, I brought back for all recommended service per Honda.
First problem occurred in 2007 when rear differential service done at 23,689 miles! It was credited in subsequent visit when I brought to attention of service manager that Honda recommends 90,000 MILES.
Continued maintenance till October 2009 when brake replacement recommended at 61,941 miles and shown reading of 2-3mm. Brought to Royalty Auto Service and told not necessary. THEN in January 2010, Nalley said brakes at 6-7mm and replace not necessary? Finally replaced last year (January) at 107,497 miles by Royalty Auto Service.
Now this week (1/7/13), brought car in for recall work and oil change & tire rotation. Service advisor with fancy new form recommended $1038.67 labeled "caution tasks" of which $90 was real.
CONSUMERS BEWARE, Nalley Service is not to be trusted and I will do my best to spread the word to the unsuspecting customers who may be impressed with the fancy furnishings and the "helpful" service advisors.
