This is devastating news. I taught with Kristy at Stewart and was Cameron's 2nd grade teacher last year. He was such a bright and energetic boy with a heart of gold. He would come help me in my room every afternoon. He would tell me of his dreams of becoming a professional bull rider when he grew up. I hope God has bulls in Heaven. The world will miss out by this family's short time on Earth. God be with all the family. I pray that the survivor and his sister are able to resolve their differences. I pray for you all.

the people in the wreck were close to my family. One of the kids was my brothers best friend. The mother worked as a teacher with mine. The girl was also a friend as well as the husband and grandparents. Please pray for us as we go through this trajety and their family as well. Our family is taking it hard and you should to even if you don't know them because no one has the right to die that young!!!:(

I just would like to thank KOB for allowing this forum. Sure, there are a lot of cross words that go back and forth here, and that definitely gets tedious sometimes, but when I read comments like the majority of what is posted on this story, I am so glad that all of the people affected by this tragedy have a place not only to speak of what's in their hearts, but also to communicate with each other. To the brother of one of the surviving victims, I hope when your brother is well, he can read your post and open his heart to you. It is sad that it takes these types of tragedies to bring families back together sometimes, but be thankful that at least you have the opportunity.

It is a sad day for my wife and I and for all involved in this trajedy. I don't know how my Brother Terry will cope with this loss of his wife, Son, Daughter-in-law and two beautiful Grandchildren after his body mends. My Brother and I have been estranged for more than three years now.....that is over now but I have to say I feel guilty for waiting for a terrible terrible incident, such as this, to bring us together....if he is willing. The family just recently lost our Mother and my brother and I never talked at the funeral....that seems a sin. Well Terry, I love you and need you in my life and world big brother. I am praying for guidence and understanding in all this, and I shall never again let petty differences to separate me from you.
I was touched by your comments. May God Bless you and continue to give you strength during this difficult time. Don't punish yourself, pray and in time everything will work itself out. It takes a real man to admit his faults. God Bless you!!

The Lawsons, are my family, we buried Terry Lawson's Mom 1 year ago March 17th. that was the last time I saw Terry, Julie, and Troy, In Indiana at the funeral, and now them,
Terry Lawson comes from a very very large family, 5 sisters, 4 brothers and many many nieces, and nephews. Please Pray for Terry, as he will be needing all the prayers to cope with the lost of his beloved family, He adored them, as we all do.
my question is, what was the rush for the 16 yr old, I will also pray, for their families
God Grant His Love and Peace.

I lost my sister Elaina yesterday to this tragic accident. My heart goes out to the Lawson family. Please, everyone, keep all families involved in your prayers. My sister was a beautiful gift from the lord and she is survived by her two year old son. I am extremely regretful that this accident took place. Elaina, May You Rest In Peace Forever.

This is such a tragic event, The Lawson's have had alot of tragedy in the family. Death being one of them, I pray for you all, that this will bring your entire family back together, that you brothers and sisters put your differences and hard feelings aside, and do what Jesus did. Love each other unconditionally, just because you exist. As christians that is what God wants and needs of us. I love you all, May God reach down, heal your hurt and give you peace that passes all understanding. Please, Please don't let angry words and actions come between you anymore, Unite as the wonderful Family that you all are.

I first want to thank all off you for your kind words and thought. Please keep praying for all of us. Uncle Terry is slowly recovering in lubback. He may be ready to be transfered to a huston hospital on Wensday. I also want to say that in my heart i know without a doubt that everybody was wearing a seatbelt. As Troy was a firefighter and emt and Aunt Julie was a medical professional, they knew the importance of seatbelts. Aunt Julie used to sing a song about buckleing up for safety and would not start the car until we did. I remember this from my own childhood, she was the worst singer ever.
