I live in Florida. After looking all around the southeast for a Volvo S40 newer than 2005for my college bound daughter, I found a great buy, far less costly than any other place at Atlanta Ultra Car. I bought a 2006 S40 Turbo, drives like a dream, and bought it for less than $2000 than anywhere else. I will be back there for another car....yes I will check it out just like I would anywhere else.

I too purchased a vehicle from them earlier this year. I test drove it and was advised I could have it inspected if I chose to. Autocheck score was 92. 2 weeks later I took it in for a recall. At that time I was informed the vehicle had been in a major accident. The vehicle was still in good condition. Apparently the company that repaired the vehicle did an awesome job. They didn't replace all the parts with Lexus parts. The windshield being one of them. Anyway, I contacted Kash. He stated they announced paint work at the auction but not an accident. Per Autocheck no accident was announced at the auction. Kash was willing to give me ($400) half of the money they made from the sell of the vehicle. I was not an informed buyer. I feel I should have been advised of the paint work. Had I known, I probably would have had the vehicle inspected and tried to talk them down on the price if it passed inspection. As of today, I haven't had any problems. I pray I don't have any. It appears they are now Capital Automotive Group.

They get caught up in their own lies to justify their wrong doing. The salesman said "they do not have any damaged cars on the lot". But then the owner gets on the phone and says "he bought them from Atlanta Ultra Cars half price and they are not affiliated with the other lot", but Atlanta Auto Lease has Ultra Cars on their lot and the owner's name is on the state papers for both businesses. So, there you go again?? More Lies.. These people are Evil!! So go buy your used car from some other reputable dealer and stay away Georgia.

The owners of Atlanta Used Cars, Atanta Auto Lease, Atlanta Ultra Cars, etc... are the same 2 brothers M.S. Shad & M.A. Shad who got arrested in Florida about 10 years ago for Mileage FRAUD!!! They got lucky and ran away to their country, now they started the same dirty business in GA hopefully somebody can stop them from playing with people's lives.

No need to advise anyone to buy from these crooks .... they have closed their doors from what I've heard. Probably a wise decision since I'm sure a alot of people were wanting to smack a few heads around. My experience was comparable to most of the others. I dealt with Jose' and Oliver ... both nice until after the sale then they wanted me gone forever. Might would have happened if they would have started out by at least doing an all points check on the vehicle. My mechanic found only 1/2" of coolant in the vehicle, oil had not been changed in who knows how long, oil was leaking from the filter and the battery cables were barely attached to the battery causing mis-firing. Yes I did save a few thousand on the vehicle but not sure the car is going to last as long as it should. I'm mainly upset that they are straight up lying to people to their faces. I asked numerous times...Has this car been in a wreck??? Jose' told me NO every time I asked. I'm convinced he knew and that all of the other salesmen knew they were selling for a sleezy owner, which makes them just as sleezy. These type people get paid back for their dishonest behavior 10-fold in some form or fashion.

They have not closed, they just changed their name and location. Oliver, Kash or Kashif, Serg, Sharjel, etc. They have so many different names they go by, I wonder why? They are at Atlanta Auto Lease. Don't be so naive. Allie wrote: No need to advise anyone to buy from these crooks .... they have closed their doors from what I've heard. I also disagree with the first few comments on this site. My wife and I bought a 2004 Lexus ES330 on March 12, 2009 for $10,800, which was a very good price, with about 85,000 miles on it. It was out of warranty, but it was a very well kept car and was in good shape. I checked the Carfax report beforehand and they produced a report to us as well; it checked out in excellent condition. The only problem was that the front headlight went out, maybe when we were driving it home the night of our purchase. We did not notice it until we got home, in Stone Mountain, and did not want to drive all the way back. Mind you, this car was being sold "As Is", which meant any problems that I encountered later were mine. I called a Lexus dealership and was told that replacing the light would cost about $300.00. Then I called a Toyota dealership and was told the bulb would cost $125.00 and only $25.00 to install. Then I called a NAPA auto parts store and found that the bulb would cost $90.00, but they did not install it at that location. Finally, I called the manager at Atlanta Ultra Cars, where we bought the car, and he told to bring it back to them and they would have their mechanic fix it. I did and they replaced the headlight for me at no cost. We have since driven the car to Tennessee and Alabama and it is still one of the smoothest driving cars that I have ever driven. I am looking for other cars on their website now hoping I can find another bargain like this one.

Chris H wrote: My friend, who happens to be an older lady went car shopping 4 months ago and bought a car from these guys. After the sale was done, we discovered a frame damage on this vehicle running an autocheck. We took it to Lexus for inspection. They confirmed it and told us that the warranties were voided. We demanded returning this vehicle but the salesperson their named Oliver was extremely rude and told us pretty much to get the F out of the lot. This was a very disturbing experience. Please don't buy anything from them and learn from the terrible mistake that we made. They are also known as Atlanta Used Cars Lawrenceville Ga as well as some other names like Marietta Auto Mall, GA Best Cars . They are NOT good people to do business with. all dealers must disclose that type of damage. Contact the georgia dmv dealer inspection unit. they take this very seriously and you can win treble damages meaning 3x what ever you are awarded awarded 50,0000x3=150,000

Okay georgia has no disclosure laws im a dealer in another state and we do.This is suppose to change in 2010. But you can protect yourself by using AUTO CHECK it discloses damage disclosed @ dealer auto auctions and 90% of dealers get there cars from auctions. Carfax doesn't get the auction disclosed damage. FYI all the dealers I know use auto check because we want the real car history.Auto check has not let me down yet spread the word
