Atlanta Ultra Cars is a ripoff!!!

My friend, who happens to be an older lady went car shopping 4 months ago and bought a car from these guys. After the sale was done, we discovered a frame damage on this vehicle running an autocheck. We took it to Lexus for inspection. They confirmed it and told us that the warranties were voided. We demanded returning this vehicle but the salesperson their named Oliver was extremely rude and told us pretty much to get the F out of the lot. This was a very disturbing experience. Please don't buy anything from them and learn from the terrible mistake that we made. They are also known as Atlanta Used Cars Lawrenceville Ga as well as some other names like Marietta Auto Mall, GA Best Cars . They are NOT good people to do business with.

I have 3 clients in Missouri with a car dealership that misrepresented their vehicles. Since you are in Georgia you should be able to contact the Georgia Attorney Generals office - Consumer Complaint dept. and contact the FTC at the link below. Good luck.

my experience has been exactly the same as others hear on this forum. They guys have to be stopped! I plan on calling a consumer investigator at a local television station to run a story exposing these guys for the crooks they are. It would help the story if there were other victims willing to speak the truth about this guys on air. Never mind that last question. The car I was going to buy had a clean car fax but frame damage showed up on the auto check.

I just purchased a Lexus 350 from their Alpharetta location and I am satisfied so far. They let me take the car to the dealer to get inspected. It came back clean. I checked carfax and autocheck, both clean. It had a couple scratched on the bumper so they had it fixed. After a month the car runs great and is clean. It was also almost 5k cheaper than anyone else. Was there a pause for concern, yes, but I did my homework.

please get the cars inspected before a purchase..all doubts can set aside. dont let other change you mind.. we need more dealer like atlanta uc inc or atlanta ultra cars with low price and good business model..

Happy Happy Joy Joy...I get to drive $35K of luxury for half the price! You owe it to yourself to at least take a look and do a test drive if you see something you like.

Unlike some people writing negative reviews, I actually bought from Atlanta UC.

Purchased a 2006 ES 330 from Atlanta UC with 43K miles and covered under the 4 year 50K bumper to bumper warranty. 2 accidents on the CARFAX report. Drives like a dream. Not to say that everything is perfect. But that is how you can save thousands.

The first 3 second hand negative reviews are from people who did not even buy anything from Atlanta UC. The helpless "victims" include an "older lady" (aka helpless, defenseless, poor old lady), a "boyfriend" and 3 "clients" (whatever that means).

According to a second hand negative review, the "victim" did not "buy" a car...they were "sold" a car...

The first 3 so called "victims" were so unhappy with their purchase they could not even write their own review! You have got to be kidding me!

And Carl does not put any information, just that "my experience has been exactly the same as others hear on this forum". I guess Carl meant to say "here" not "hear". Carl what was the issue? Did you not buy from them either? Carl was so distraught over being a "victim", Carl is "planning" to call a consumer investigator at a local television station. Go get 'em Carl!!!

Some of these negative reviews must be other competitors sales staff.

Take your time and do your homework. If you don't feel this is the one...walk away and wait until the next shipment. I will look over their inventory when I purchase again.

Have the car inspected, test drive the vehicle or go to CARMAX or buy a new vehicle.

If you buy new, remember...no one has ever gotten ripped off at a dealership!

Anyone who has a good review about these crooks is actually working for Atlanta u/c. I'm a dealer and I am always at the auctions buying cars. These guys buy strictly cars with problems (frame, flood, hail damage etc..) because they can get them alot cheaper. do your homework about the dealership before you go to the lot. there are lot of dealers out there that are crooks and there are lot of good ones too.

Once again, another negative review (Larry) from someone who hasn't purchased from Atlanta UC.

I guess all these once damaged vehicles should destroyed and put in the car crusher. And FYI, I don't work for Atlanta UC. Look at the vehicle/CARFAX/AUTOCHECK reports and decide if the savings vs. risk is for you.

I'm still enjoying my 2006 Lexus ES 330 w/ 43K miles for less than the cost of a new Corolla!!!

I visited this car lot and wrote several VIN numbers and ran a autocheck on them. I even asked a sales rep about the cars having unibody/frame damage and he disagreed that any of his cars had damage. Come to find out 2 out of 5 cars did have damage. I showed him the reports and he acted like he did not even have a clue. So Consumers BEWARE!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK!! I did actually purchased a 2005 Honda from them. The A/C went out 1 week later and I had to spend $600 to fix it. They sent me a check for $100 from Atlanta Used Cars for the repairs. That was my experience. I would not recommend them.

Purchased a 2005 Honda Odyssey EXL w/41,000 in October 2008 on Ebay at Atlanta Ultra Cars in Roswell. I ran autocheck, the score came back a 95. It was a lease vehicle from FL. I took it to a mechanic, the van was in excellent condition, no frame damage, uni body damage, brake pads were new, decent set of tires. The van did have minor scratches but want do you expect for 2005. I have been on several trips with this van, no problems. The salesmen Serg and Kash were very helpful and professional. My experience with this company was exceptional. I saved thousands of dollars and I got a great van.

I believe there are too many people sitting on the sidelines complaining and putting down the work of others. These people often put down anything that anyone else does. In fact I believe they are biased.

Apparently, Michelle Ramirez, the "victim",(a woman and minority) is getting married in April 2009 and can't afford two cars.

So what is her brilliant financial move to get out of this situation?

Does nothing. Because they don't have the money? No.
Buy a used car that is thousand less? No.
Repair the old car to be reliable? No.
Postpone the wedding until they can afford it? No.
Save and pay cash for a good used car? No.

She trades her car in and buys a BRAND NEW CAR to get the second for $1 (because she can't afford 2 cars right now)!!!

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?

Looks like the $1 Car Deal was "older model cars that are higher mileage so they are susceptible to mechanical problems".

Hopefully, Wendy @ CBS Atlanta Investigates got the CARFAX/AutoCheck reports to the "victim" to make sure there was no previous damage to her $1 Car that is an older model with higher mileage.

She could have avoided the entire incident and gone to Atlanta UC!
