That stupid union is what is killing jobs at arh get rid of the union before no one has a job.
Yes for the pay you could pay for your own ins.this is the problem how can a company be competitive in a global market when they have to pay workers more than what the company can make.
A pay cut or pay your own ins. Or the company shuts down and nobody works your choice.

I don't like seeing people cross a picket line either but, when your family depends on an income then I totally support them crossing. Especially when the union and hospital is just out to screw everyone anyways.

I don't just work for the fun of it... My family depends on my income also.. Heck I have a brAnd new baby. But I am walking out for everybody that will ever want to make a decent living working for the hospital. It's not all about me, it is to protect the new workers that will be there in the next few years. I don't want them to have to wait for 15 years for a raise like the company is wanting. I am striking for my child and for yours..

Arh only cares about itself, not their employees. They'll screw them anyway they can. But the union doesn't pull it's weight either, they will not stand and support their members, they do absolutely nothing when they're mistreated.

All the union does is take your money. I have family that works there and when one of the paid holidays off comes around they are told they can have that day off but if they want to get paid for it then they have to come in on the weekend to make it up. When you appeal to the union all they do is put a black mark on your record and treat you like crap and you still have to make up those days on a weekend. Union doesn't do crap. Why do you think you have been loosing so many benefits over the last 15 years they don't stand and fight for there members they do enough fighting to stay in there so they can get your money.

You obviously don't know what you're talking about. Holidays are paid time off but if you work holidays most of them pay double time.

I'll vouch for that. If you work, it is double time, but if you take off, you do have to work the weekend to make it up.

No Roger ain't going to but u are going to get nothing If u don't stand up for what we have now. H will be better off working t McDonalds if u let these big company's take and take. U know why the hospital is one of the best places up work it's because of the union keeping what we have.

no denial of the money he will be getting, wake up people and realize that while you are working at mcdonalds as stated he will be getting money from the union, your money that you have paid in. think of that while you try to live on minimum wage with NO health insurance. hope you dont get sick. me, i think i will keep getting my pay.

As I said before...I don't work for the fun of it. I have a mortgage and car payment and a new baby. I just understand what the risk are if u let the union dissolve.
