I saw someone vandalize a car. I don't know what to do. He is an officer of the mutual. I met the woman who was victimized. She is handicapped. The car is unsightly - but is parked legally. He stormed over there and bent up all the wipers and antenna - and whatever else he did took about 5-10 minutes of hard work. He doesn't know I saw him. I feel very bad for the lady. The car still sits broken. I don't think she has the money to repair it. Given the violence this jerk exhibited - I am hesitant to go public. But I decided at my age I will not be bullied. He is on vacation now. I will give him exactly 30 days to step forward and make ammends or I will report him. It is compounded by the fact that he is an officer in my mutual. But a criminal - in a gated community - I will not tolerate. And I don't want to be his next victim but now I guess bullies and vandals come in all ages
