how can anyone object to this?
every few months high school students are killed or seriously injured in alcohol related auto accidents...if they are getting the alcohol from adults, then the adults should be prosecuted...its against the law to give alcohol to minors...

i cant understand why the parents of the underage drinkers believe it is ok for them to drink anywhere...dont they watch the news? too often a car full of underage drinkers is wrapped around a tree with most/all of them dead...what do the parents think of that? they are raising these kids to believe they have really cool parents and that they are all above the law...our high schools show horrible films depicting drunk drivers and bloody accidents...those films are to draw attention to the fact that these kids are not invincible...they bleed, they suffer terrible pain and they die, by the hundreds every year, and yes, it happens in marin county...even ross...

I went to parent-sponsored teen drinking parties, but it was the '70s. And now? Why was it kinda okay then but not today? Kids nowadays have better drugs and booze. But are they dumber??

i pray i do not have an opportunity to say "i told you so" after a car full of underage drinkers leave one of your homes and ends up in prison, maimed or dead due to alcohol...it isnt easy sometimes to be a strong parent to our children...when their life is at stake it is time to show some courage and a backbone to protect them...after all, we are suppose to know best...
